The place was very clean, music playing the employee were very nice and patient, They had slices of lemon i squeezed in my bowel love the white rice has the lemons taste to it, have high chairs for kids and kids meal no toy nd also chairs can be removed if anyone is in a wheel chair

It’s more about speed than the accuracy of portion/quality. The scoops of everything were less than half of the spoon itself. Not even the spoonful. The carnita meat was not pulled apart/shredded properly. It was just chunks of meat. The guacamole was bland. Did not taste a hint of lime. When this location opened the scoop of food were packed and filled the bowl/burrito. The Bowls/burritos now are just lacking and small. Not worth the price.

The food is excellent, my only complaint is the chips had way too much salt! When I asked if I could get some unsalted chips, the response I got was ” That’s the way people like them ” I thought that was kind of rude, I was basically told what I like and then brushed off. That’s really nice customer service skills coming from a manager. I’ll be eating Chipotle and a different location from now on.

Ordered food for later pickup, and was very cold. Obviously they cooked it right away and then it sat there for 20 minutes. Also once at home, found one of our burritos was a bowl.
