“Closes at 3” get to the door at 2:35pm told I can’t order food…. So which is it? Closes at 3 or closed now? Fully staff but closed? Fireworks aren’t even visible till night. I get y’all don’t wanna work that’s fine but if you close at 3 and tell people they can’t order food at 2:30ish then technically ur closed especially if the online ordering is turned off…. This place has honestly gone down hill and full of false information and advertisement. Will be emailing the corporation. Watched them turn down 5 ppl yet they advertise they close at 3…. Wild.

Taste is good but the qty is really less and not worth the money for the burrito bowl. This is 3rd time happening at this location (mchenry). The qty is really less when compared to other locations. This bowl has everything except bean and lettuce. Everything was less qty. I could hardly see sofaritas and they claim it had 7g protein for this meal. This review is only for this specific location. Management should look into this and take action.

Found this is my Queso dip. I brought it back because it looked raw. When I showed the manager Ryan he was defensive and gas lit me claiming it was “carnitas” & not chicken…Like OK?! IDC what it was it doesn’t belong in people’s queso dip. Not only is that disgusting but it caused my husband to become ill. Ryan Lefurge claimed it wasnt a big deal and proceeded to throw my receipt away. (Bro, it’s not personal at ALL Refund me for it and we’re good!!) I called corporate so they could help me at least, and they claimed I needed a receipt which is understandable except for the fact that RYAN threw it away. Ryan searched the trash cans and tried to send me off. I asked him to rewind cameras & let me dig to try to find it because corporate needed a copy but no he didn’tdo anything…NEVER AGAIN. This one is unbelievable. Two orders in a row were wrong. This one was missing two orders of chips, guacamole and a kids drink. The quesadilla is a tortilla with cheese (not melted) and the sides were spilled all over the inside of the bag.
