Being a military member I don’t ask for much as I swore to defend the Constitution instead of living a life of freedom. One of the few benefits of this choice is that several restaurants usually offer a military discount of some sort. This particular Chipotle had been offering a military discount until 2 days ago. Now it is strictly JUST Police in uniform. Not Firefighters, not First Responders, and not active duty military. I understand this may seem petty but, considering the starting annual pay for someone in the military is 20k a year. It was certainly nice to not have to pay an arm and a leg for a meal.

This location removed the military discount and now only has a discount for police in uniform. They don’t offer a discount to fire fighters or active duty military. However, all of the surrounding towns DO offer these discounts. Moral of the story, I’ll be driving to Rohnert park from now on.

Mina the manger lacks customer service. Mina mentioned that she is a manger and she can act any way she wants and nothing will happen to her. I feel as if she should treat others how she wants to be treated aswell as have good customer service when working in the food industry. I only came to order food per usual, only seen her 2 times and each time she has had an attitude because I order a kids meal. She has a lack of respect for others.

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too… Every employee’s attitude, the food is inedible, meats are terrible(this is compared to any other Chipotle), the line people couldn’t care less, I just threw away $30 in food as my burrito was a square and just falls straight out. This is our prolly 6th time since we moved here and will be our last.

1st observation; saw employee put new product (meat) on top of old, not properly adhering to proper food rotation. The Tin (metal insert) on the food service line was about a 1/3 full of meat, instead of rotating the food, she poured new product on top of old, with out changing the insert, proper food rotation and keeping inserts clean in instrumental in food service cleanliness and best practices…

It was filthy dirty. Every table had food on them, the floor both on the customer and the food side were covered in spills and dirt, person who appeared to be a manager or supervisor was eating and chatting with her employees around customers in line.

Very tasty burritos, fast working employees with good customer service and happy demeanors. On my visit there was a girl who was helping a pair of girls one vegan, the other not. So the vegan person asked the employee to change gloves and wash her hands before handling her food, the employee was very polite and willing to do as she was told by the vegan person. Otherwise the food was tasty.
