Chipotle has gone down hill recently. It’s more expensive with smaller portion and poor food quality. We ordered it to-go and our guacamole had a quarter of an unripe avocado with some pit still in it. This inedible piece took up a quarter of the container as well. And good luck getting help. They make you talk to a buggy AI that doesn’t even provide any solutions.

Over the years I feel like Chipotle has changed the way they season the chicken. It has often tasted at several other locations like unseasoned spicy chicken. Well not this location! I love their chicken! It’s seasoned and so is the dang cilantro lime rice!!! 5 stars for me!!!

The heavy set employee gave me the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. He acted like making my single burrito was an inconvenience. After experiencing his bad attitude he continues to make me the smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten here. I’m a regular at this location and thought customer loyalty meant something to Chipotle.

While standing in line I heard it announced that they were out of white rice but had brown. I wanted white so I stepped aside. Two out of seven waiting went ahead to get brown rice. I heard a worker say that the wait would be 10 minutes so I checked my clock. Seven minutes later a worker said it would be 6 more minutes. I’m still waiting, along with 5 or 6 customers. I then overheard that the white rice had “literally just started” and it would take 25 minutes. In the meantime there were no fajitas or black beans left. Yikes!!!! I, along with everyone waiting left the place. What a disorganized location.

I have given this locations a few tries, and every time it is very disappointing! If you are not there in person to watch your order prepared, forget about quality or the extras you paid for! I ordered a lifestyle bowl with extra chicken and extra fajita veggies…. I had more salsa than anything else. The bowl cost $30.00 to be delivered and was absolutely wrong and incomplete! All other locations I have been to/ordered from so far have been great! This one is the exception 🙁

Couldn’t find my order or lost my order even tho I ordered online. They didn’t know why. Had to wait extra long to get my food. I don’t understand why order online if it’s gonna take longer than the line inside the restaurant. Not coming here again.

Whenever I forget to bring my lunch to work, I stop by this Chipotle location and they always come through with excellent service. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they provide the perfect portions of food, which sets them apart from other Chipotle locations.
