We eat at chipotle a lot but this one is always a mess. Tonight there were 8 employees 4 of which were just standing around which is fine but the place is a mess. There is not one clean table. Not busy. No line . We had to find a table then clean it. I had to push aside a bunch of spilled food just to set my purse down to pay. Every surface has food on it. Def could use some cleaning.

I came in today around 10:40. I know it’s a bit late being they close at 11. When I came in the cashier told me that they only have brown rice. I prefer white but no big deal it’s late and I’m coming in right before closing. However, the person working the line said it would be a minute as they were cleaning the glass. The liquid from the sponge/towel got all in the brown rice. I just walked out of line and left… I’m appalled. I will never go back to this Chipotle again

Absolutely disappointed in the Rewards program. I reached out to Customer Service. They provided me with no solution. I work in the area and travel a bit for work and enjoyed Chipotles food for years now. When I heard they have a Rewards program I thought someone who frequently buys food from Chipotle, would benefit from this program apparently not! The food is inconsistent as well. I’ve had times where my Burrito Bowl is perfect and other times when it was a complete catastrophe. I hope Chipotle augments their rewards program soon because they will miss out on a lot of business. The staff is very nice and courteous and the location is very clean.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years at this location and it is always consistently a delicious meal. During the pandemic it appears they have excluded dine in seating and focused their orders around pick ups from the phone and online orders.

Food was great, plenty of meat in our steak bowls. Staff seemed confused when my wife asked for a carne asada bowl instead of referring to it as a steak bowl. Loved the horrified reaction from another customer watching me drench my bowl in green Tobasco.

Poorly run establishment. Got there at 9 they are supposed to close at 10 but they were trying to prep the kitchen to close before serving a long line of customers. Waited for food for 25 minutes because of the lack of prepared food and lack of workers up front. There was one girl making orders and being the cashier while everyone else was standing around in the back. They definitely need to work on time management, having proper ingredients, and the correct number of employees even during the last hour of opening. People were coming in for online pick up orders that were not done because of “system problems”. I doubt that was accurate, they just didn’t have enough people on the front end doing work.

This place used to be good. Every time I do a mobile order from now on I always have to check inside the bag to see if it was the correct order. I also have to open the bowl lid to see if anything was forgotten from my order. Almost every time I go there they have forgotten to add salsa, guacamole, and have someone else’s order in my bag instead. I don’t understand that sometimes the line is open and then other days only mobile order pick up and the side door is open.

So, we have been ordering from this location for the past 4 years. Every time we have ordered we have never had a problem with our service. We have ordered here when our kids have fundraisers at school or we just want a quick bite to eat. Tonight we decided we want to order here and get it delivered. The order came late but the driver notified via text so it was fine. Then we realize the order was only in one small bag when we have ordered before and we always get at least 2 bags. All the food was crammed and smashed in the bag. Heavy stuff on top of our light items. Food was cold. We had 2 kids meals that are usually seperated by their individual compartments and all three sides were mixed together. My order was on the sticker applied to my burrito like all the others and the order was still wrong. I’m not sure if it was a bad night or what but we are extremely disappointed with the service tonight. It was definitely not worth almost $50.
