The dinner line was a bit long but when it was my family’s turn to choose our food, we were pleased at the options we had to make our bowls or tacos how WE wanted them. The steak bowl I had was spicy and filling, my husband polished off his chicken tacos in a hurry, and Chipotle has some new fans in us.

Chipotle was a great place to go years ago, but they have gone downhill tremendously. If you order online, check every order before leaving. Not that long ago, you could get a meal for $6-7. Now they want $15-16 to scoop some food into a bowl which while convenient, is pretty classless if we’re honest about it. They also used to advertise about the quality of their food and now they do not at all, which worries me. In addition their burrito rollers are always seemingly in their first day on the job. There’s no real value in chipotle anymore in my view, however people still wait for 30 minutes, wrapping around the inside of the establishment just for some very mediocre food. Their only strength is the app. Food is always on time (not always correct) and it is very easy to order. Please do not wait in line for this place, it’s not worth it. If you must, quickly download the app and order online.

Ordered two steak burritos and it was not good they did not put any ingredients in the burritos just steak. I wanted the rice, beans, lettuce, cheese. But they were so small never ordering them again.

Double check your pick up order, it’s wrong 100% of the time. You’ll have to jump through burning spinning hoops of fire and offer your first born for them to do anything about it, but a robot will offer you a free drink in case that’s any consolation.

They didn’t have any veggies available and the chips were meh, normally chipotle chips are fresh with a hint of lime and these weren’t. The lady preparing my burrito filled it up so much that the wrapper barely closed, it was a mess eating it in the car. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

Waited for 20mins for a salad only for them to say at the end of my order they don’t have any dressing and I asked “well what have you all been giving people who order salads?” She replied “what you see in front of you” with attitude. Lets set aside her rudeness. If the future as a store please post a sign “we are sorry for the inconvenience but we are out of salad dressing”. That why customers have two options without having to waste 20 minutes of their time. 1) Leave and try again another time or 2) Choose to stay and order something else. My intention isn’t to get anyone in trouble. I understand it has probably been a long day for everyone. My intent is that the store do a better job communicating with its consumers.
