Portion size is way less than what the company advertises. I asked the server if it was the correct size and she said yes, even though the person before me order the same thing and she had more food. My order was to go and the cashier didn’t put a fork/spoon or napkins in my bag.

I wish I had taken a picture of just how dirty, messy, and unsanitary this store was on March 24th between 9 and 9:30pm. All of the food service and food prep counters were dirty with food parts & scraps spread all about. They ran out of several toppings and were scraping the bottom of serving containers for the last bits. Production stopped for a while so they could make more salsa and beans as the line grew almost out the door. I chose not to eat my meal out of fear of food poisoning. #Never_Again!

Bought 2 burritos. 1st 1/2 chicken 1/2 garlic steak, 2nd was chicken. Barley any meat on both had to ask for more meat, maker toss 2 more pieces WoW! For $13 burrito for steak/ chicken would think i can get some meat! Then to top it off meat was COLD. Unsatisfactory… two cold burritos wtheck!! Very disappointing. Guess have to ask is meat hot when order here,,……

Update: I arrived an at an empty line. But from when I made my order of white rice, and then told them that I wanted steak, I waited for more than 20 minutes. My white rice was just sitting there waiting. There were like 8 or more people after me that have completed their orders, one of them also wanted steak but gave up eventually after waiting for 5 to 10 minutes. I have to ask again if my steak is ready, just in case they forget, but they were not ready. So I waited another few minutes because they finally realize there is a customer waiting for steak. Don’t they always prepare it ahead when the meat is low? There is 5 more hours before closing.
