I ordered through DoorDash second time I’ve gone through this. I ordered a barbacoa bowl- the rice was super watery, three pieces of meat, barely any veggies- I can literally count the veggies. It just looked unpleasant. Super small portions. Second order was a chicken bowl that one was fine except it looked like it was for a child. Please upgrade your portion sizes. We could barely tell it had chicken. Or veggies. The only thing that was given plenty of was iceberg lettuce! Will be trying other places moving forward.

Next time I aint tipping online. To insure proper service, but the order was missing a whole bag of chips. And instead of the brown rice I ordered, they gave us all white rice. I paid for extra cheese and lettuce and they barely put even a normal amount in.

This location is under odd ownership. Staff turn over is high, quality is missing, other locations are much better. Last order had inedible par cooked brown rice which was probably my nail in the coffin for using this location in the future. Other examples are, chips stuck together in a glob with the center being wet oil drenched chips. Forgetting sides of guacamole, side tortilla that was cooked to a crisp and cracked if you touched it in anyway. Laughably small portions sometimes ,

Harassed and profiled. One of my great friends, an upstanding member of the community, long term resident, frequent customer of this Very location with receipts, was harassed by the manager and an employee. And guess what, she works for the Court system. This day, this lovely woman of color enters during the lunch hour and has a computer with sensitive information that should not be left in any car. With a heavier backpack and a longer line, this human being has to use the restroom. The restroom is for Customers, they harass the woman who was just in line. No common courtesy, it took two of them before they gave her the school pass to the restroom. Ridiculous. Beware.

My Al Pastor chicken burrito ice cold and as professional cook in my opinion not safe to eat. Restaurant was filthy and I went back and got refunded but never again. If I worked for health department I would shut them down.
