No lettuce for you at this location. Ordered to go. Very salty chicken. Brown rice undercooked. Forgot to add lettuce in both bowls even though it’s listed on the labels attached to the cover of what was supposed to be in the order. Excuses was they were busy, understaffed…. Slowdown and follow you labels to avoid losing sale. We requested for a refund. Will avoid this location.

Finding The Force
So when I visited this restaurant I was the very last customer that arrived just five minutes before closing. A lot of the workers were goofing off in the back listening to music, but I was thankful that that even had the door open for me. The guy who helped me was super nice and the staff who did help me were polite. Even being the last customer of the night the food was still delicious and consistent with delicious chipotle food.

I don’t know what happened but I miss the old crew better, these new workers are stingy, and are very careful and really underpour the food. Brown rice was really hard and undercooked, chips were soggy. I’m sure it’s not the same for everyone, but what’s going on!!??

This location consistently does not give you what you order in a food delivery service order. Don’t even bother ordering extra of anything, you won’t get it but they will 100% charge you for it. Paying $20+ on a burrito bowl on a delivery app but having the worst bowl in front of you is enough to never go to this location again. I cannot wait for the new location to open on Arena, hopefully they do better.

I never been to a more rude and disrespectful bunch of workers in my life. I had an internet order in which I waited 15 minutes then went to pick up the food. When I got there they made me wait 30 minutes as I watch people pick up your order I asked where it was mine? Well turns out they haven’t even started making my order. It seem like because I ask about my good they seem to take they sweet time. That made me even angrier. I mean people were showing up and they were getting a order and I had been waiting so patiently. Another 30 minutes and I was just aabout to blow my top, lterally. That’s what it felt like. it was close to an hour. I walked out and said “funky u!” I never will I go to a place like that again. The food wasn’t even that great, not even worth my time. I can’t read get you angry with those workers they are making minimum wage so that’s my consolation.
