Do not order via a delivery service, this location intentionally skimps or skips selections entirely. How can we pay for extra protein and receive less than a normal serving!? This has happened multiple times on multiple items . Tonight’s bowl was missing rice, queso, and additional steak I paid extra for .. Order in store so you can supervise the assembly or don’t order at all.

Young lady that helped myself and my sister absolutely rude! Had an attitude! Very rude literally tried to put barley any chicken on our bowls! Kept asking if that was all! Basically yelling at us! Just very rude! As much as I love chipotle I will not return to this location.

I placed an order for three tacos with corn tortillas online for pick up at chipotle. I picked up my order, and went home. When I opened the bag, I saw that they were made with flour tortillas, I cannot eat gluten I get pretty sick. I called the restaurant and the girl that spoke with me said “oh we’re out of corn tortillas”. Wouldn’t you think that would be discussed with a customer when they pick up their order? It seems like a very simple thing to do. I’m constantly disappointed in this location and the lack of professionalism shown by the employees.

The older lady who works there is kinda rude. I asked if they can put a little more of cheese on my kids build your own order because they put literally next to nothing cheese but she comes up and said it will be extra if I wanted anything more. My other child’s chicken burrito bowl looked like it’s vegetarian bowl.

I don’t know why one of the women that works there is just an absolute snot bucket. I don’t know if they are a manager and quite frankly I don’t even care, the people working at the front are so incredibly rude so whoever hired them or train them clearly doesn’t see how rude they are and that’s another problem. The cook in the back was super polite and nice when asking questions people at the front were clearly bothered by being asked.

Me and husband went there earlier this week, got 2 burrito bowls. Their beens and veggies are pretty good. Rice not so much cuz both brown and white rice have parsley. But their Queso Blanco cheese sauce is the best. Literally, the whole reason why we went there again the same week. How DISAPPOINTING it was to drive to the restaurant, get half of the ingredients and then being told “sorry Blanco sauce is for online orders only” When literally 2 days ago we were able to get it there with no problem. I did not finish my order but husband took his with no sauce just to get home, realize how tasteless it is and put in the fridge “for later”. For my order, in order to get the sauce, we had order the burrito bawl online where you cannot customize much, like getting brown beens on one side and black beens on another. After wasting money for delivery, I had to write this honest review letting every one know that Blanco sauce is apparently for online orders only. Even if it’s right in frond if you, you cannot get it.
