On a hot day— no air conditioning! The staff said it’s been that way for a few days and they don’t know when it will be repaired! That’s cruel to do to the employees! The flatware bins were empty and dirty! Yucky place. But employees are friendly.

I ordered an Uber eats order from here, a Barbacoa bowl with lots of toppings and added extra meat. I got all of my requested topping and zero meat. I spent $8.60 alone just for the meat that I did not receive. I will not be ordering from here again. Highly recommend other people do the same.

I’ve eaten at this location maybe 3 times over the last few years. The food, is alright- nothing special if you ask me. The food is fresh – I see them making it, but for me, it’s just a burrito (that’s hardly Mexican). On my last order, I was pretty disappointed because my burrito was ice cold in the middle. I ordered online and picked it up, so I didn’t see them make it. But the entire middle of my burrito was cold – the food was cooked – just cold. Almost like the ingredients had been refrigerated, but not warmed through. I always order the same thing and the last couple of times, it was warm. A cold burrito is pretty off-putting. I probably will not go here again.

Food is hit or miss sometimes, the steak cuts are frequently a ton of gristle and even the barbacoa or carnitas are the same, skin and fat abound so not the most pleasant textures. Employees are all great, never had an issue with anyone and frequently had very pleasant, if not downright cheery interactions with them. Lobby however is usually too hot and loud (music) to enjoy sitting down, so I order out as much as possible

I want a refund. They charged me for items I never received. Also almost broke my tooth on whatever this thing is. Rice is a huge mushy wet ball. Terrible quality control. Put some care into it!

Wish, I could rate it 0 stars. I ordered chipotle to be delivered after a gery long stressful day. I waited 45 minutes and then they just canceled my order. My wife and I were starving and this was the worst experience. I called customer support and they said they would refund my order. That’s it though, they would not give me anything extra for this horrible experience. I’m never ordering from them again. Gou guys really blew it.

I’ve ordered regularly from this chipotle and they are mehhh. But this was it for me… normally I don’t argue about portion sizes especially these hard times…but come on, they didn’t even get my order right no beans, no fajitas and i asked for extra and it was ready 20 mins after the pick up time. First time I was ever able to one hand a chipotle burrito lol.

I ordered for my colleague and I through the mobile app after lunch rush and when I arrived, the restaurant had hardly anyone in it. My order was correct but even without a crowd of patrons, they managed to mess up my colleague’s order and made her burrito bowl with chicken instead of barbacoa and the wrong salsas. This is after I’ve already paid online and tipped. What’s the point in online orders and tipping for service if the order can’t be followed? I tried calling the store afterwards but no one answered, though I expected that kind of service at this point.

I was turned away at the door and told that I wasn’t able to order at 9:50 PM. I wasn’t planning on eating in, just wanted to get some food to take home. If your hours say open until 10 PM, I am not sure why I was denied service 10 minutes before close.
