As the other recent reviews have commented— this Chipotle has some issues. The last three times I’ve come in they didn’t have white rice. They’re usually missing some kind of protein and this time they didn’t have any of the peppers/onions. The staff are clearly frantic. The serving counter is also just kind of messy. It’s been like this for at least 6 months so I don’t know what it’ll take for a change.

Ordered online, my burrito was missing 3 ingredients (guac, cheese, sour cream, half of my order) and steak was grisly, and my boyfriends chicken burrito was pork. Talked to customer service in hopes to get a refund for my burrito (included pictures) as it was pretty gross and flavorless, and they tried to give me a free drink instead. I’m never going to chipotle again, and Ive been going since high school in 2007. Shoulda known when they got all those customers sick a few years ago to stop going there. They do not care about customers at all.

I have to say, I love chipotle and used to work for the company as a Restaurateur for many years. I have been to many chipotles and this is the worst one I have ever been in. No employee seemed to care, they were out of most things (chips, tortillas, queso, black beans..) the things they dad have on the line we’re needing pans changed or re stocked. I did not see a manger in the building the whole time we ate. The crew was inattentive and waited for the line to die and then continue in discussion. It was filthy.

I ordered 3 Keithadilla and I was absolutely disappointed. I have ordered the same thing couple days ago from Sherwood branch and that was an delicious experience. With the Tualatin branch, all three Keithadilla were missing fajita veggies inside the wrap and the most important item which is the vinaigrette. Do better ( order name: Bassam at 6:20pm 3/6/2023)

This chipotle is trash. Every time I go I am very disappointed, they are always out of meat and the service is terrible. If I could giver negative stars I would. Everything is cold and taste like it has been sitting out for hours

We are regular customers because the food is always really good. My last experience left a lot to be desired though. I am an avid animal lover, but would prefer not to have a dog barking constantly at the table next to me. When we decided to pay at the bar and gave the hostess our check because we were tired of the barking. The server then came over to us and was extremely rude. She told us the other person could not help us even if she wanted to. We explained why we had gone inside to pay and she was dismissive and kept mumbling under her breath as she walked away.

Hugely disappointing to add to the negative reviews, but this was my experience. Walked in to pick up mobile order, place is horribly DIRTY, only 4 staff members, and my mobile order wasn’t ready on time. Then I get told that my order is next. Then I get informed 3 minutes later they are out of chips because they didn’t “make them today”. Seriously, on a Saturday??!!! I hope the Manager of this location does something to turn it around. Prepare, hold your employees accountable, motivate them and COACH them to be better!!

Went to this chipotle yesterday, there was one person making the burritos with a line of about 10 people behind me, and the kid in front of me getting 4 burritos… and only one girl with makeup up to her eyebrows making all the food… one kid at the cash register which looked like he rolled out of bed(left for break with a long line of people waiting too), and one kid making the food they were out of… they were out of pinto, steak, carnitas, etc… I hate this chipotle because all the kids working there could care less about their job and it shows horribly. Posted a picture of the burrito I got.. a huge slab of carnitas and the girl didn’t care at all… not to mention, they are closed a lot because there’s a lack of staff and or other issues…

This Chipotle has a terrible time keeping things in stock and ready to go. Even at regular dinner hours (6-7) pm they’re often out of steak or chicken. Twice in a row they were out of chips when I showed up to order in person (saying only online orders would get chips!). So, my next order was online to include chips. I show up to pickup the order and NO CHIPS in the bag. I ask where the chips were I had ordered and paid for online. They again advise me they were out of chips. So, I ask the girl at the register for a refund on the chips. She is fooling around on her phone and says “just a minute” and proceeds to tell her supervisor she hadn’t got her break! Totally blew me off. I ask him for a credit on the chips and he asks me for the credit card I used for the order. I told him I Ieft it at home. He said he needed it to credit me. I said “I’ll bet you have 2 bucks in that register.” He opened it and gave me the 2 bucks. I mean REALLY!? Get it together Chipotle!
