Waited 45 minutes to finally be served, even though there was only one person in front of me they had nothing to even serve the rice was going to be 20 more minutes the meat looked old and dried out, what they had left.. when I ordered what I wanted the excess was they had none of the ingredients and was laughing about it!! What a joke, why not just close!

I’ve ordered salads from this location, each time, there is almost no lettuce and it didn’t fill the to go container. Their burritos aren’t mixed/layered well and you only get one item per bite (all rice, all bean, all toppings) and they usually break apart, so I end up eating it with a fork on a plate.

Given that this store is part of a franchise that offers a fairly consistent menu, the expectations are already pre-set by what you’re used to getting at this franchise. This location meets those expectations and I have no other real negatives to offer, so overall I give it 5 stars. The location is also fairly convenient to interstate 5, and it’s in a new shopping center, with ample parking and ease of traffic flow.

Convenient location in downtown Wilsonville. We tried the new Pollo Asado which was so so. The staffing and service and cleanliness were excellent. I got my free birthday chips and guacamole through the app. The parking lot is a bit crowded and narrow.

This Chipotle, so I’m told, is under new management. I’m sure the new management is following instructions from Corporate – but the amount of food I get has gotten smaller and smaller over the last year or so. Where my salad bowl used to full both the top and bottom, now I’m lucky if it fills the bottom half. I paid for guacamole and the server knocked off guacamole until the spoon was below level.

Absolutely, terrible. I ordered door dash because parking in my complex is very challenging. Against my better judgement I thought I would give it a try. I ordered a steak burrito that was literally no bigger than a taco bell burrito. The chips are so over salted I could not handle eating them. Such a waste of money and disappointing

I went in to this Chipotle at 8:40 pm, because I saw that they didn’t close until 10:00 pm. I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes until someone even acknowledged me standing at the start of the line. It seemed that all of the workers were too busy cleaning up for closing time to even want to check on me. I made eye contact with at least 4 of the ~6 workers and still nobody would speak to me. After waiting for someone to come to the food to acknowledge me, I felt that they were rushing me and the making of my food. I was one of 2 people in the store up until cashing out, so I felt this was very unnecessary.

The food was good but seemed a bit salty. The other thing I’ve noticed about Chipotle in general is that their stores always seem to have dirty tables and overflowing garbage bins. They did come and clean while we were there at the end of our meal, and the staff was courteous and friendly.
