Sometimes good, but this location is very inconsistent. Do more Uber Eats than ordering in, and have received half full bowls that have no rice (was told by staff when I called that they were only giving rice to walk-ins??). This time got a $12 quesadilla that was just chicken, cheese and tortilla—no sour cream, guac or salsa as pictured and as we got the last time. I dunno, just seems like they skimp on the uncharged delivery orders and when the delivery price of each item is $3/item more than ordering in plus delivery plus tip plus service fees, it’s just disappointing value. Probably the last time we chance delivery here given we never know what we’re going to get (or not get).

I am a regular at Chipotle Eugene. We stopped at this Chipotle in Woodburn, Or on our way home. This was the filthiest restaurant I have been in for a very long time. The garbage was spilling over the garbage container and falling on the floor. The floor, all tables, and counter, when you pay, were absolutely horrible. The manager came out to ate, but nobody cleaned the tables, etc. The floors were just disgusting with food all over and the bathroom was very dirty. The ice machine didn’t work and most of the beverages didn’t work. The restaurant needs to be shut down if it can’t be maintained. I am calling their corporate office on Monday.

Arrived on a Sunday @ 5:40pm to 4 employees and lots of empty items. We stood there for about 10 minutes until we asked what was going on. The response was that they are out of a lot of things and were just getting ready to tell us. So we placed the order and paid $20 for 2 bowls with minimal ingredients. How are you not prepared for dinnertime? Is there even a manager for this store because with the lack of service and empty bins it sure seems like you need one. Very disappointed.

4 employees in the restaurant didn’t acknowledge my daughter and I. Stood there for 10 mins. One employee glanced but didn’t say anything to us so we walked out. One female employee was on her personal phone where they prepare the food. We walked over to Nancy Joe’s instead. Good service!

It was a rainy and gloomy day in Oregon, when my traveling crew pulled up to this particular chipotle location. As we reach, travelers have been driving up the i-5 for many many hours. I was so happy to be greeted by the familiar scent of chipotle. It made me very very happy. Just wanted to hop on here and thank them for being so welcoming and nice and getting us back on the road with our stomachs full. We can always rely on you. Thanks!
