I used the Chipotle app to order a salad bowl. My order was ready in 3 minutes!!! I thought the app was wrong but my order was waiting for me when i walked in 3.5 min later! The location is clean and the workers had an enthusiastic, friendly vibe.

This place does not skimp on the ingredients. If you want more just ask and they only charge you if you ask for more than two scoops. They replace the food quickly and efficiently. I am always met with a smile. The tables do need to be wiped more often but it is not bad. I recommend this chipotle over the others in Hillsboro!

The staff mislabeled our burritos, causing a vegetarian to consume meat. We just wanted to inform management of this, after the fact, but everything about customer support from chipotle makes doing so impossible. This store has historically served us well, but if their system makes it impossible for customer concerns to even be addressed I can’t return.

So originally I did not want to write a review or reach out to anyone because that’s not my style and also because I have worked food service I get how difficult costumer’s can be especially when you are already tired. However after some thought I think it should be known and hopefully in the future employees can be better trained. My husband and I came in an hour and 15 mins before closing there was no one waiting in line it looked like a slow night, we walk in and I made eye contact with somone at the counter smiled and said hi only to be totally ignored. There was a girl at the register that did the same and another person walked by to do the same! We were being totally and completely ignored. I stood infront of the counter for a bit waiting for someone to maybe act like they were ready for me to order to only be met with everyone there to act like we weren’t even there. I was honestly really surprised by it. My husband and I decided to just leave thinking maybe they were closing and just didn’t want to deal with us when I said ok bye thank you..again it was as if we were ghosts. Incredibly rude service.

This Chipotle Mexican Grill is great. We visited at 2 pm Sunday afternoon, expecting it to be slow. It was not. There were 3 employees filling a catering box with burritos, must have been 50 of them by the time they were done, enough to make a grown man struggle under its weight as he carried them out to his car. I was impressed. I was more impressed with how good me Chicken Al Pastor was! The spice was perfect with hot pepper and sweet pineapple/lime blending just right. I got it in a bowl, which provided plenty of food to fill me up.

For a Chipotle it’s pretty good. Portions aren’t as good as others, especially considering this location adds ~50¢ to all their prices. Some workers have good scoops, others are weak. Many are nice and quick nonetheless

I’ve gone to this chipotle for years, they have always been fine but when I went in tonight I was disappointed. The floors were atrocious, food, trash, bags and all sorts of stuff all over the floor (in the kitchen area as well as the dining area). The cilantro lime rice had no cilantro or lime, just plain white rice. The line took forever and the service was mediocre at best.
