Absolutely terrible, my wife didn’t get the sides that she wanted, and my “burrito” was LITERALLY a tortilla with some meat on it. No rice, queso, sour cream, or anything else. I would have gotten a better meal at Taco Bell, how do you even have the guts to put something so pathetic in the bag. If i could rate this negative stars i would, Happy Valentines day to you too Chipotle.

8/16 4:30pm I arrived at Chipotle and I immediately noticed the food service area was absolutely filthy. More than half of their food bins were empty or almost empty. No guacamole, no white rice, no cheese and no chicken. Not to mention the lettuce was brown and slimey. Honestly nothing looked all that fresh. I turned right around and left. This seems to be the theme for the Sherwood location which I will no longer frequent. If i want Chipotle I’ll drive to the Wilsonville location from now on.

Tasted like glorified taco bell. Inside was dirty, patio furniture was disgusting, l ordered iced tea and they charged me for it but there was no iced tea, when they rolled the burrito it had a big tear down the side the filling started coming out and they still just wrapped it up. The only reason I’m giving service 3 stars is because with a line to and out the door, there were only 3 employees calmly doing their job the best they could with the resources available to them. we didn’t feel like welcome guests in the establishment, though.

My wife stopped in last night. Plenty of parking. The biggest suprise for me is the the young hardworking staff wr experienced. They were moving, filling up the bins were empty, cleaning up. Friendly. Courteous and kind. Attentive. They wern’t on their phone or confused why they were working. So well done on that! Food was good. Fast was service and I enjoyed my drink.

I love me some chipotle. I remember the first time I tried a chipotle burrito in Washington DC like 20 years ago. I was hooked. I loved the way it was customized to your likes, that you could ask for extra veggies or even try a bowl with no tortillas. I am now a vegetarian and only eat their sofritas but their bowls or burritos are just so full of flavor that I don’t need to add anything else. My husband likes the barbacoa and my kids the steak burritos. Yes the guac is extra but it’s so worth it! It’s take out only and you must place your order online for now but food is ready within 10 mins. You can see them working really hard in the back and the order online option is so easy to use and you can even save your favorites to just order the same for your next visit. My only complaint is that now that you don’t see them making your food in front of you, the burritos seem to have ‘shrunk’. Overall a good experience.

I don’t know what it is about this particular fast food restaurant but delivery orders are never what is ordered. Always missing ingredients and on occasion the wrong item altogether. Either train your employees better or don’t offer takeout/delivery.

Love the food but every time we order to-go they leave out food- usually chips, guac, and drinks and we have to interrupt employees to get it right. In addition to missing items, this time they put the kids meals in the burrito bowls and so all the ingredients mixed together and were a huge mess. Good food, but not worth the hassle of trying to get simple orders done correctly. See pic- these are supposed to be kids meals! And the tortillas were crumpled and smashed.

Just ate the most perfectly wrapped burrito in my life, even with all of the extra ingredients I put in it. Usually ingredients start falling out of the bottom of my burritos when I get near the end, not this one. Whomever was working the online orders at the Sherwood Chipotle tonight should teach a Master Class in burrito wrapping.
