Writing to suggest you do not make a mobile order to this location. I have always waited longer for my order far after its estimated pick up time. Would be much more efficient to stand in line and order when you get here rather than waiting an additional 10-15min as people who came in after you leave with food.

Every single table was a mess. Staff standing around chatting it up. Only two customers, so I don’t see why they can’t clean off a few tables. Guy, who made my burrito, was really hard to understand.

Food was good. Place was clean. But most importantly service was great! The person helping us smiled and made eye contact…Thanked us… Sounds like basic customer service but that’s hard to come by these days. This location is near the children’s hospital so a warm smile is appreciated.

Kids running the place. When confirming my order when it seemed to costly for chips and guac the female confirmed. I asked for the receipt and she charged for a bowl in addition. No manager was there the stoner in the back just handed me cash. Horribly ran but what do you expect when you have no manager and kids running the shop. The guacamole was fine though.

Placed a mobile order and came in to find that there were around 6 people waiting on mobile orders. I counted 5 workers in the store and 3 of them were sitting around doing nothing while only 1 was working on all of these pick up orders. Absolutely ridiculous that a store would operate this way, mobile orders are the priority in most restaurants and it’s crazy that this store’s employees don’t have any sense of urgency
