Three of the last four times I tried to go to this Chipotle, it was closed. It was in the middle of the day and the hours on Google maps said it was open. But when you get there, the doors are locked and a paper sign is taped to the door saying they closed early.

Potentially the worst Chipotle anywhere. Half of the food is out of stock no matter when you show up, and the food is always cold. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was some kind of safety violation. Crunchy rice, undercooked beans, chewy gristly meat, you get the idea. There was once a drive through, but it’s never open. You’ll never see the same staff here twice, says something about the place. Why do I keep eating here? I honestly don’t know. It’s next to a food cart pod with a lot of great options, just look to your right and stay away from here.

Can the hours of this location be communicated better? Online, phone and even the door shows they are open until 10PM. There is no posted sign stating they are closing early for staff meeting or due to staff shortage. Nothing. You walk up to see the lights on, people inside eating at a table and you try to open the door and it is locked. Staff does not acknowledge you or come out and say they are closed.

Just pathetic to start a worker just grabbing chicken and eating it with bare hands out of the Service bar. Then touching food she was making. Everything looked like it was there all day. The lady in front of me asked for fresh rice and the workers argued about who would get it. gross yellow slim lettuce a few beans floating in bean juice. Place should be shut down. -5 star.

If I can zero stars I would. I made the mistake of trusting this location with our catering order. At pick up time @ 2:45PM on a Saturday, this location was randomly closed. No call, heads up or email. We had to scramble last minute to figure food for an entire party. Never gain Powell Chipotle.

Wow, this place really earns the hate. I ignored the terrible reviews, but I shouldn’t have. Saw they had a window so ordered via phone in the parking lot. Phone said pickup wasn’t for 25mins. That can’t be right…I roll up to the window and she says yeah it is, best to come in and wait in line. I go in and after 10mins in line I tell her I had a mobile order, she calls back to the mobile guy and says im next, can I wait a minute? …OK, fine. 10 more minutes go by and it’s still not ready. It’s now been 25mins. Guess I should have just waited or, better yet, not ordered at all.

I’ve been ordering maybe once a month from this location, but my burrito tonight included a quarter-sized piece of plastic inside it. I appreciate the attempt at a free add-on, but that’s a hard pass for me. Can’t imagine they’re paying very close attention to their food safety standards here then.

I’ve given this location so many chances bc it has the drive through and it’s easiest when you have a toddler to order ahead. Every time I order the food is missing something important. Like a burrito will be missing steak or I never get the guacamole I pay extra for. My last experience I had mold all over my lettuce in my burrito bowl. It was sooo gross, and when it’s your only plan for dinner and kids to feed it’s really disappointing all around. Chipotle needs to close this location or get some things figured out.
