I was coming on here to explain how everytime I order delivery they “forget” the extras I pay for. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue at this location based on all the nad reviews. I always order a steak bowl with extra protein being chicken. I always receive ONLY chicken and very little of EVERYTHING. The kids working here need to be paid less because it seems like they are doing this on purpose based off the MANY reviews stating the same thing. Last time I’ll ever spend my money at this location and looks like I’m not the only one.

Ripped me off. I got the veggie bowl and I am missing 3 ingredients (cheese, guac, and tomato green chili salsa) the extra side of guac, tortilla and utensils, which isn’t a huge deal but still. You guys gave me half portion. I scooped everything to the side and it was half of what I should’ve received.

Delivery drivers: you will lose money if you accept orders from this Chipotle. The wait time is absolutely nuts. This last time, I had 2 orders I was picking up, and both were more than 15 orders out when I showed up. This is not an exaggeration. When I asked how long it would be, the employee showed me a strip of connected tickets they had hanging out of the machine all the way to the floor and across it. Those were all the backed up online orders. They had only one person working on fulfilling online orders, and until I bothered them, nobody was working on them. Smh. Never again.

I usually love Chipotle, however today’s order from GrubHub my barbacoa meat was the driest I’ve ever seen. It had no taste no juices and my bowl that I paid extra for extra barbacoa was the smallest portion I’ve had and I’ve seen.

This location doesn’t have consistency when preparing orders that have been placed through the mobile app. This location requires you go inside to see that they’re including everything extra that you’ve paid for. We’re missing all the extras that I paid for, and this burrito should be jammed pack like they did last week when I went in

For starters I waited in line for 20 min because the women was looking for items that a customer was allergic to. I only have a half an hour lunch break!! Finally when I was ready to order you were out of guacamole you were out of corn you were out of steak so I didn’t have much to choose from and what was left was horrible. So I paid $11 for a chicken bowl with just chicken and rice in it cuz you had nothing left. That was a very expensive bowl. I didn’t have time to even eat my lunch cuz I had to go back to work and a couple bites that I did take were horrible. So that was at 8:00 you guys are open till 10:00 p.m. how do you keep a restaurant open when you run out of food. I would very much like a response to this review and possibly some compensation.

Ordered from DoorDash which got delivered in a timely manner. Our burritos were sloppy as far as the burrito wrapping technique goes and we thought they’d given us brown rice accidentally but the rice was under cooked, I had a few pieces of rice that weren’t cooked at all, the meat was bland too. Beans, guac and tortilla were perfect.

Went in on Friday and waited several minutes without being helped or acknowledged. The staff were all teens and were engaging with their friends on both sides of the counter, despite 6 folks in Chipotle shirts there was only one person actively engaged in service and he was being heckled while at it. Not a big deal as there are other options in the area but very annoying overall. We ended up leaving.

Very disorganized. meal was missing large guacamole, bowl was basically half empty (picture attached). I watched the guy who packed my bag just rapidly check everything off the screen as “there” without even looking in the bag. Go figure, something was missing.
