Standing on line at the Chipotle. I ordered the Carnitas Burrito, no cheese if you please. My nephew ordered from Panda Express, that is his business. C was busy and short handed but rocking as only the youth of higher education can. All was well. We sat outdoors in the sunshine. Yes.

At about 5:00pm on a weekday evening they were out of both beans and chips. I asked if they could substitute something (beans are a staple). The answer was no, they were not allowed to substitute anything. But then they offered to substitute rice, bc it is cheap. The worker mentioned that rice and beans were both grains (they aren’t). What we ordered tasted good, but I would be wary of the management here if they cannot foresee a lack of beans and/or chips and possibly other ingredients, and could not find their way to think of a fair substitution for their mistake.

Ordered catering and WHAT A MISTAKE. We ordered catering for 25 people They delivered fillings but no tortillas or shells. Called and said they would bring them out in 15 minutes. An HOUR AND 15 MINUTES later, they brought them. By that time the food was cold, and many people had pieced together dinner without. Tried to call back after 30 minutes but they had put their phone on cover. Contacted corporate and got zero response. We wil not use them again.
