I went in around 3pm, after the rush I was the only one in there. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in , they acted as if I was bothering them. I have only use of one of my arms/hands as I had an accident recently, so my arm is in a sling. I spoke to the cashier and explained I was going to eat half there and take the other half with me. They still put the lid on the bowl tightly. It was extremely difficult removing it. The horrible attitudes were awful. Clearly, they could see I needed help. Did anyone offer it? Not only did they not offer, they made the entire process so much more difficult. When I finished my half of the bowl, I walked up to the counter, again ignored! 2 people walked in and the female pretended I wasn’t standing there waiting for a lid, bag, etc. There were 4 different employees. Finally, a guy walked by about to take out the trash, and I had to ask, “Can you please help me?” As if that wasn’t completely obvious. I asked. “Do you have a manager?” He stated I Am the manager. I was shocked nothing about him or his crew was professional or friendly. Then I let him know, “She was awful.” He said nothing. Then, as I went to leave, she chimes in and said very loudly, “Have a nice day.” ( The manager snickered and looked up at me. Then I asked ” What is your name ? to the female…her response was “I don’t have a name” this is the location off of exit 27, by 5 guys gas station ect. Worst experience ever!! I sure hope someone cares cause none of them did. I have been in the restaurant business most of my life. This was unbelievable.

I went to this place a couple of hours ago with my family and the guy in charge was rude, zero empathy, and did everything like if it was competing to show the world he was the fastest around. It was our first time in your restaurant and we don’t feel like coming back. When we asked the girl who was taking the money why he was so unfriendly she told us that it was a busy day; well, certainly we didn’t have to pay for it but we did. Bad experience

Quick service. Place a little loud. First time ordering inside the lobby. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and had practically everything in it. The serving portion is good for at least 2 meals, and could possibly stretch it to 3 depending on how many ingredients you choose to put in it. I also chose the hot sauce, which has a nice kick and flavor to it. I like the container is comes in allows you to store for future consumption and is most compostable. The ordering is similar to going to a sandwich shop like Subway or Tacos Del Mar. I had the fountain drink to go with my meal, and had the normal soda assortment, plus unsweetened tea and various juices. I ended up choosing the Apple vinegar based drink, which was surprisingly good. They had indoor and outdoor seating. Seating consists of high and low chairs. The high seating are longer tables and honestly feel like it crowds the place inside since it’s in the center, vs by the windows/walls. I went outside to sit in the sun on their patio. Umbrellas were available and furniture were movable. The place looked clean. I would come again and recommend to others.

My 1st time experiencing Chipotle. I was with my friend who knew how to order. Antonio was working the food prep for our meal. He knew his stuff. Called out when he was low on things, and the team replaced it right away. I was unsure about some of the choices, and Antonio helped make it easier and guided me through the process.

The food is pretty good, although my burrito bowl was rather salty. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They had some interesting drink options, like turmeric tea. It is very obvious where you can sit because they put “temporarily closed” signs on all of the other chairs.

Ordered food ahead of time, was not ready till 15 min after supposed time. 6 other people were waiting on their takout orders as well. The counter tops were so dirty food was all over them and it wasn’t getting cleaned off, new orders were just being made ontop of the messes. The bathroom was out of order. And the worst part was we didn’t get everything we ordered in our taped up takout bag. The workers we’re so unorganized no one was working cohesively everyone running around leaving things half finished; but at least they were nice. Id say just go to the other chipotle in medford.

We ordered a kids taco plate in the app. The app said the order would be ready in 10 minutes. We were second in line at the drive thru and waited 20 minutes iust to be told we needed to get into the back of the line because they were running just under an hour behind. We waited another 20 minutes and the line had not moved. When we went into the dining area they said they could not make things out of order so we, and many others, would have to wait. It was not poor planning on the customers part that they were behind. We could not wait any longer because we had to get the food to a child at lunch. We asked if they could cancel/refund our order and they said no. We had no choice but to leave without our order, find food somewhere else, and are disputing it on our card. We are not the only ones who had to leave. Several other cars in line had to leave as well. These are all people who paid for their food and did not get it. I know times are changing and the attitude is the customer serves us, but this is not acceptable on any level and we won’t be back. I don’t know anyone who is able to leave money on the table everytime a restuarant can’t do what they are suppose to do.
