If you get there and they are open it’s an okay place to eat. Average food at best in a production facility. Inside was clean throughout. The excuse for not having multiple items this time is cause they just opened. Service was friendly. Clearly understaffed with inept management that has checked out. I’ve never had bad Chipotle… Until today. The staff were great and kind, and the food looked and smelled fresh, but I don’t think they knew how to prepare it. All warm ingredients on a side, all cold ingredients on another side, and the additional sauce I paid for almost non-existent. It was honestly a struggle to eat. I’m not one to cause confrontations, or ask for my money back, but I might have asked them to remake it if I hadn’t just driven for hours and then needed to go to work. Sorry guys!

I love this location, staff, and food, but they are closed all the time and are out of toppings consistently. Perhaps pay more than a measly $16.50/hour in one of the most expensive cities in America and you’ll have staff.

Mobile Order is almost non-existent. Never is it available. The comments are correct, they are always out of ingredients. You want white rice, nope but brown rice is available.

The food here is great but this location is rarely open, and they need to update their hours because they aren’t open from 10:45-11:00 every day. Maybe they would do better if they closed atleast one day a week? Apparently they can’t hire anyone and are frequently closed.

Tried multiple times to eat here but they’re always closed early due to staffing shortages. Showed up an hour and fifteen after their early closure to 3-4 employees cleaning up. In the few minutes we were sitting there figuring out where else to go, 4 cars with 10+ people also tried to get in and found it closed. They’re only open for 4.25 hours which is very strange. Won’t bother trying again.

I’ve ordered from this location a handful of times and my order has never been correct. They are always out of several items and food looks like it’s been prepared by a child. The employees are inexperienced and less than helpful referring you back to the app where they just try to send you promos instead of a refund. Do yourself a favor and order from the Emerson location, I honestly have no idea how this one is still open.

This place should be closed. They now have very restricted hours and are short staffed. We ordered online for pickup togo, and we had to wait 30 minutes after we arrived for them to prepare and bag our food. Don’t waste your time with this establishment.
