This is the best chipotle around! I have been living in Federal Way since I moved here and went extensively while I was pregnant last year and they are almost always on top of their game even when they are super busy. Headed to the fact that their chicken taste the best out of the other locations. I wish I was able to tip way more often because they deserve it.

The food was all right and the service was okay but I do recommend coming with a bit of extra time because they did a have a huge line. But overall the places clean everything was in order. They do have bathrooms and it’s a very small place but I do recommend.

The food was good on Thursday (6/8/23) around 9pm. Multiple servers, glad the one who made our food was good & one of the guy servers. Cashier was soooo friendly.

Yesterday I left my cell phone wallet in the bathroom of this Chipotle. I was overjoyed that a customer turned it in. (People are good! ❤️) Even more wonderful (and why I’m writing this review) is that the employees safeguarded it for me! They were super suspicious of me when I showed up to find it. They asked me to identify the left-behind phone, and even compared my ID which was in the wallet to my face! Nothing was missing except the 30 minutes of wasted drive-time I lost by leaving the phone behind on my trip south.

This place is hit and miss in a big way; it depends which crew is working. Last night I had a delicious bowl, they gave a proper serving of meat, gave me 1/2 rice like I asked, tasted great. Today, everything tasted completely NO salt. This is probably the 3rd time I’ve experienced this. It think some of the workers forget to add the salt or something. The worker making it didn’t understand English when I told her 1/2 rice. Spooned a tiny amount of meat, so i had to pay an extra $4 for extra. Very inconsistent. ♀️

Usually I would give this restaurant all 5 stars, but last night was an exception. The skinny black girl with glasses just stood behind the counter folding foil for gok what reason and ignored the customers in line. Then she came out to talk with her father who demanded double beans and meat on his bowl. The employee complied readily, but gees man just order 2 bowls. Anyway, then the black girl proceeded to go behind the counter again and when approached by a customer, stated she was on break. Basically doing nothing which was what she was doing before she went on break. Besides her, the team couldn’t get someone to cashier for quite some time. My question, where was the manager? These young kids work really hard ( black girl excepted) and just needed some supervision.

I wouldn’t recommend these places to no one ,I was at federal way chipotle at 9:40pm May 3rd 2023 about to pick up my order when I witnessed the guy who was cooking literally sneezed all over the meat he was cutting up, and he did not turn around or cover his mouth! That was really nasty and I asked to get my refund from the cashier. Whom of which, stated “that she was going to have a talk with him because that’s very irritating to her as well.”) Which lead me to believe that he’s been doing it on multiple occasions. I just thought I share with you the nastiness I witnessed tonight. I’m beyond disgusted and disappointed on not getting my food. And to be honest, I will not be dining here again.
