They forgot veggies in all orders. Filled the bowl with rice and barely any beans. You drive all the way back to get the veggies for your pick up order, they dont even acknowledge their mistake and can’t attend you properly. They say we might have been out of veggies, when you can see a tray full of them infront of you. Worst service ever. Too rude. Be extra cautious about your order if you are ordering from here. You might end up getting just a big bowl of rice. Would have given 0 ratings if that was an option

I have been having chipotle since a decade but my experience at this location 2 times had been poor. They are always out on guacamole and lettuce. What do you expect in a veggie bowl? Sour cream they gave very little. So am I paying $12 for rice and beans??

Smallest portions I think I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle. I got like 2 bites of carnitas. White lady with glasses served me. Terrible service and portions. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Nobody should be paying 11 dollars for 2 bites of meat and a very small portion of rice. One of the make employees I told him about it and he made it right. The lady just needs training in customer service/ how to scoop food. Nobody would be coming here if she serves the portions she served me.

I ordered (for delivery thru the app) a double chicken burrito bowl, light white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese and sour cream. A normal portion of chicken is 4 oz. Double is 8 ounces. The second photo is me moving all the chicken to one side. I had 11 pieces of chicken TOTAL! I called to try and get it fixed, no answer. It cost $17 for this. I hate the fact that I cannot trust double to even mean single portion or that I cannot reach anyone at the store. If you order here, DO NOT do it digitally. Go in to the store and watch them make it.

I read other reviews that said this was the absolute worst Chipotle location. They were right. The guacamole was brown. I forgot to say I wanted Pico de Gallo before I asked for salsa verde. This annoyed the guy, so he gave me a giant scoop of Pico without draining it. My cardboard bowl was soaked and it made the rest of the ingredients cold. Yep, this is THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION.
