Love and hate that’s how I feel about this place!! Love the food but hate waiting on like to order but what I hate even more is getting my Mobil order and it’s cold as the fridge like I don’t know how it got so cold after it sitting for 15 min from order to pick up I was there and in under 15 min you chilled my hot meal but I love the food and chicken and shoot I have to come in and order in person and I hate that but I can’t have a cold plate bro!!

I hardly ever leave reviews but this chipotle is so bad it warrants a rant. We have gotten chipotle delivered from here 4 times now and every single time they miss ingredients (main ingredients like the meat), it arrives late, it arrives cold, the store calls us because they forgot our order even though we submitted it through the chipotle app. Whoever runs the chipotle either needs to be replaced or something because it’s absolutely the worst service and food of any chipotle I have ever been to.

So I came to this Chipotle to get a rice bowl. I had been rushed while there was no line and nowhere near closing. As we get down to the lettuce the lady tells me they are out of lettuce. I asked if more could be cut and she told me no. That defeated the whole purpose of getting the bowl because I am on the keto diet. The lady serving then rolls her eyes and suggested salad lettuce. I agreed with that and decided to move forward although that’s not what I wanted. When the lady pulled out the salad it was all brown. I then let her know that I don’t want to pay for food that is old and moldy and she still wouldn’t ask to have more lettuce cut or anything. This was the Cherry on top of my horrid day and I will never come to this chipotle again.

Came into this store late night yesterday (8/9/2023) before hitting the movie theater next door. we wanted some chips and guac. the cashier was very cute, kind and helpful. when i made the choice to switch from a regular guac to a large side last second the cashier let the girls working on the food line know to change the size of the side of guac, and they proceeded to make fun of her. rolling their eyes, whispering, laughing and even pretending to throw the discarded side of guacamole at the cashier. as if it was her fault or her job to punished because i had changed my mind? i dont know if the cashier saw this behavior herself, but it was simply gross to watch as the whole team saw these two girls bully the other, with no shame. makes me sad that they allow workers to treat others in this establishment that way, especially in front of customers. hope that cashier finds a job worth her money/time, and coworkers with maturity and self respect. bullies are losers 🙂

Love chipotle but this location struggles often. Inconsistent serving sizes. Staff has no urgency, if you do get someone who can move with any sort of hustle they are cold and seemingly annoyed that they are helping you. Lettuce was brown and wilted, soda fountain out of MULTIPLE drinks. The iced teas were almost completely empty.
