The food is pretty good. There’s a lot of options for seating, whether it is indoor, outdoor, at a table, or a higher table. The chips are delicious. However, they give very little portions compared to other Chipotle’s. They also often get orders wrong. Once, we had received an entire meal that wasn’t ours. The lettuce in the kids meal is also a mistake in our order (in image). Definitely could have improvement there. During the after school hours (around 3) is very busy, and sometimes the wait times are pretty long.

i do not support this business. they put the wrong order in the bag (it had a different name on it and the sticker order was different than the contents) also when i tried to call it put me through to a BOT! then i tried to get in contact with a person and it wouldn’t let me. why cant people these days just pick up the phone and not have ai do it for them. bad.

The wait times can be long and portions of this Chipotle are often less than others until you ask for more. Otherwise good quality is great, there is seating indoors and outdoors and the staff is also caring and they value their customers!

I first thought the POS is down or something so they are forced to do “online order only”. But after waiting over 40 minutes for my online order, I saw one customer was asking for adding a drink. The POS was NOT down. It worked perfectly fine. Why do they only took online order only in the first place?

I worked here for 3 months this is the worst bowl I have ever seen made. One, the portions are terrible. And two, this bowl was $11 for half a bowl of rice, chicken, and cheese.

Skimpiest portions of my life. $20 for half a bowl. Double meat was a pinch of each meat. Absolute joke, would need to eat 3 of these bowls to get full. Had the same experience here in the past and nothings changed.

Dropped at Sammamish Chipotle around 10:30 to pick lunch for my daughter who asked for Chipotle drop-off at school. Thought it would be fast and easy, and promised her lunch from Chipotle. Far from it – 10:45 is opening time. I see the crew inside – but no one comes to open the door. I know they can see me. 10:50 – someone points me to a side door, i walked in and everyone is super busy for some large catering order. Not one person available to put one order together for a school lunch! After about 10 minutes, the manager or someone asks me put in an online order as they are very busy. Poorly managed, no idea of customer service. Don’t go here if you want fast….
