It was fairly dirty and my burrito fell apart, and the staff refused to refill it, they said they’d only give me a new one for more money. They soda machine was broken and some stares were spilled.

I love the food but the service at this location was lackluster. There were quite a few employees (5+) and only one acknowledged me after a few minutes to say someone would be with me shortly. A couple employees looked at me and got busy doing other things… I was the only person in line. There was also no lettuce available.

Chipotle employees have been so lazy for the last 2years that chipotle quality keeps going down. There is always problem with the orders. They get lost, send to the wrong customer, missing items, cold food, raw meet!!! If i could give them 0 stars i would! I will be contacting Washington state Department of Food adm!
