This place should just close down right away! Staff inside and the service is trash ! The portion was so small and we went back to complain about the portion, the manager said the portion is a small cup size so they think the portion is correct! When I open my order the portion is like this!!! The pictures that I took it’s before I eat. Only a few pieces of meat guys! I saw some bad review talking about the portion, and THATS TRUE. We have reported the store to the chipotle and we took a video of what the manager said!

Oh Everett…. Why is everything in that city just terrible? I tried to order lunch yesterday but you lost my order twice and I had to deal with doordash as Chipotle couldn’t cancel the order. I didn’t want to, but I decided to go in today and pickup my order. Kinda wish I hadn’t ordered as the bowl was lacking. Do you see the rice? Neither do I. 2 stars because at least i got something for my $24

As I sit here in the store, they refuse to make my food or serve me because their computer system is down… I have offered to pay cash, check or come back and pay them at later time, but they are refusing to serve me or other customers. I guess it is better to upset your customers and get a bad review than serve them??? Hopefully the food doesn’t go to waste…

My boyfriend and I ordered carryout from this location yesterday. The service was fine and everything was on time but after eating the food (a burrito and a power bowl), we both have food poisoning. 12 straight hours of intense stomach pain. Unless you’re trying to clear your bowels in a painful manner, I do not recommend.

You won’t see any lines in this Chipotle and think you are gonna get your food immediately. Don’t get deceived. This location is currently operating as online order only location. You can order online and it is available in around 15-20 minutes for pickup. The dining area is still open so you can sit and eat there

By far the worse chipotle I’ve experienced. Not only will they get your order wrong but you’ll stand there waiting to get your meal and they’ll completely ignore you. I was there waiting for my food and several times I keep saying yes I’m waiting for my order. Yet you get these blank stares like you don’t belong there. I blame management or maybe the corporation for not paying these employees enough cause they just don’t care. If it’s not money then it’s management because the lack of respect you get in the place makes me wonder how that went so low to make people feel miserable. I’ve been to this place too many times to keep getting unsatisfied service. I can safely say I hate Chipotle in Everett.

The only Chipotle restaurant I’ve had bad experiences with from the many I’ve eaten at while traveling the U.S. for work. Sadly this is the one in my hometown closest to me. My order just now came with the soggy, clumped brown rice that just made the whole meal taste like citrus. The Carne Asada was less than half the usual portion. I had to throw away the last quarter of my meal because I just didn’t want to eat just tasting lemons in my mouth after I realized there was no meat left. You can see my brother’s order with sour cream that is almost spilling out to the side. Ordered for 5:15 pick-up and was ready at 5:45 pm. I know most Chipotle locations can get very busy, but this location especially seems slow and/or understaffed.
