So here is the deal. I will be giving another chance and hopefully changing this review to reflect a better experience, that said I’ll explain the low rating for this visit. First thing I noticed was it wasn’t very clean. It wasn’t super dirty but it did look like the staff hadn’t taken a moment to go in the lobby and sweep up or clear tables in a while. I also noticed some rubbish laying around on the floor behind the counter. None of this is a deal breaker as I get it it gets busy and it all could have just happened. I’ll definitely keep it in mind next time though. The staff was good enough I guess but they did seem very unorganized. The food was good enough that I’ll go again and give it another shot but when you have a menu that only has a few things on it running out of multiple things is kind of a big deal. Not having white rice, guacamole, and chips is in my opinion is to big of a percentage of your menu to be missing all at once. That said the guacamole was replaced by the time I was paying but still. One more thing that is just a personal thing. If you have a place with a drive through that doesn’t function as a typical drive through having some signs indicating that it’s not a place to order may clear up some confusion.

Amazing! Although I like Qdoba better, personally, this place is great! Happy to be part of the grand opening! I had a bowl with chicken and beans, while my grandson had a steak burrito. We both enjoyed it heavily! Chips are a little stale, but that’s okay! Thank you for coming to Lake Stevens.

I’ve never been to chipotle before and I was in the area for work and thought I’d stop and try the brand new location. Boy I wish I just kept driving. I paid $20 for this mess of a “burrito” with absolutely minimal effort when putting it together. I just said forget it and discarded the “burrito” and made my way to taco time instead.

We ordered on the app. It said it would be ready by 12:40am. We got in digital pickup line at 12:38. Then noticed people leaving the line. Kinda weird but ok. After waiting 28 minutes to get through the line now I get it, wow. Who has the time for that? We get to the window. I tell the young gentleman my name. Sorry your order is not ready and it will take an additional 30 minutes for it to be ready. So we left and got on the app to see if we can get our money back. What a pain in the well you know. Another 30 minutes later we finally get approval for getting our money back. The Lake Stevens Chipotle really needs to get their act together. I know it’s new but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced! If you can’t keep up with the volume of online orders you’re getting perhaps you should reduce the number of vendors you work with.

The food was good but customer service was horrible… nobody seemed to want to wait on me… it took the supervisor or whoever she was to ask 3 people to help me. She herself didn’t even move to help out…. What happened to work ethic!!! Also, why have a drive through if you can’t order from there… very confusing….

They seemed to be out of alot of stuff for a newer place. Their chips were all broken into little pieces in the bag, no salad drsg, they were limited on meat options. Disappointed

Went to check out our new local Chipotle today and I was really pleasantly surprised with my experience. Parked no problem, got my food put together quickly by friendly staff, and it’s DELICIOUS. I’m always a bit nervous with newer fast service restaurants, but the team working Saturday dinner shift are killing it. Thanks for making my dinner tonight guys, I appreciate you!

I love Chipotle! There’s a certain flavor that makes everything they serve that I’ve tried taste amazing! I couldnt believe the size of the burrito I ordered. I was able to order a couple extra tortillas for .25 a piece, they are a good size, The size of a large dinner plate-With extra tortillas I was able to make 2 good sized meals out of the 1 burrito. I recommend this place for a quick meal, you really can’t go wrong either, everyone loves it!!!

One of the worst chipotle experiences ever. DO NOT go here for chipotle. the food portions are small, the staff members are rude. They don’t care about customers. You have to order online… No dine in for us this time. The staff, don’t know what they’re doing. Do not recommend anyone. I know a lot of people go to chipotle but this one… this one… in particular.. is garbage
