Great food. Stopped in for lunch and a steak burrito.service was spot on and quick. The place had a steady line of customers as it was lunch time. Their burritos are more than filling and I love that you get to choose your items in front of you to build the burrito (Subway sandwich style). The price was very affordable also. Under 15 for a huge burrito and a large fountain drink. If you like spicy , get some red sauce

Left without ordering or eating here. Only online ordering allowed. You couldn’t walk in and place an order even though staff was right there. When I tried to use the website it was clunky and had service fees I wouldn’t pay if I was in person. Staff wasn’t friendly. Love me some good chipotle almost always but this location is a mess. My advice, Avoid it

The Bowl is perfect for vegetarians to customize to their liking. Generous portions that provide sustenance and a happy belly.

The worst customer service we’ve ever received at a Chipotle restaurant. Arrived with hungry kids at 6:00 pm – to a restaurant that is advertised to stay open until 10 pm. We were told that we could not order in store – must place order online only – despite staff being available to help us. They were “too short staffed” to take our order in person. Clearly the staff preference was for us to leave – at dinner time at an open restaurant. Incredible lack of consideration for customers. Retraining and new management is desperately needed at this location.

So we recently moved to the Arlington area and decided to try out Chipotle. The outside of the restaurant looked nice so we went in. We pushed the door open, and one of the long vertical handles was broken and was flopping on the door. We found out a customer had broken the handle but were shocked it wasn’t temporarily secured or at the very least, a sign wasn’t put on the door to let you know it was broken. We walked up to the counter and were greeted by a young woman who seemed a bit annoyed to answer our questions about how their food line worked. I finally ended up telling her we were Chipolte newbies. She also neglected to tell us that some of the items added were a pretty speedy up charge. Another lady behind the counter was preparing call in orders and she put food in this microwave that had the top of the microwave hanging down.(is it a good thing to have a microwave in that sort of disrepair? Is my skin glowing in the dark?) We paid for our order and had to ask where to get our beverages, which were not in view from the cash register. We noticed one of the juice dispensers was missing/broken. (Are we seeing a theme here?) We finally sat down. The food was pretty good; a definite upgrade from Taco Bell. It tasted fresh. We felt the cost was a little high because of the add-on, but we received quite a bit of food. So the final question is… will we go back? We are kind of on the fence. The food is pretty good, but the service could be better, especially for newbies and the disrepair needs to be addressed.

Good fresh food, but it was overcrowded on Memorial Day .

I am not sure how this location stays open. The dining room is usually filthy, they are always out of ingredients, little attention is paid to keeping napkins and utensils supplied, and the soda machine frequently malfunctions. I have stopped coming here, which is too bad, as it is one of the few places to eat in the area where you can order something reasonably healthy.

I live in the area and worked at the crumbl next door, and while the food here is always great their customer service is definitely lacking. There’s always one woman in there carrying the whole crew with her positive attitude so thank you to that girl, but as for the rest of the crew they all seemed like it was a huge inconvenience just to take our order and the blonde kid with the gold chain would not stop glaring at us until we left the store. Would love to see some more positive energy from the workers or at least some common decency and politeness.

It pains me to give Chipotle a poor review as I eat it 3-5x/week! However, based on my experience yesterday, I imagine that will change. 2x this week I went inside to order a bowl and there was no mild salsa (Pico de gallo) on the main line but there was some on the online order section. I asked if the could add a scoop to my bowl. They said NO! Which was kinda shocking. I asked why and they said they prioritize online orders. I said that doesn’t make sense. I’m there in person and see it. I’m paying for it as it’s included in the price. Seems like I would have just as much right to it as someone that is sitting at home ordering online. In fact seems like the opposite is more appropriate. I asked to speak to the manager because that line of thinking doesn’t make sense. Why would they absolutely refuse to give me a scoop. Manager basically said same thing. Too bad…you are a second rate customer because you got up and drove here in person. If you had laid in bed and ordered on your phone, then absolutely you could have a scoop of mild salsa because you are our preferred customer. Ridiculous!

Great food, and great service. Definitely was the cleanest Chipotle I’ve been in so far. Made my bowl how I wanted it, and gave amazing portions. 10/10. Keep it up!
