Solid 4 across the board. I think you should support local, small, family run Mexican food establishments. But, I am trying to eat healthier and the way Chipotle lets you build your food item is appealing. Two entrées with chips and salsa and no drink was $30. The food was tasty and didn’t give me heart burn.

Steak was chewy and bland, and the salsa options all had freezer burn on them. The chips were not fully cooked, more like lime soaked tortillas. The staff was nice and seemed well trained, but the kitchen needs some work.

Um I’ll change my rating if things changed here. Skimped out on my protein by a lot, the white guy ordering next to me got a huge portion of protein compared to mine. I love chipotle but I also love fair portions lol. Will give it a second try but if I get the same service then I wouldn’t recommend

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever had. I stood by the front line for 5 minutes before an employee gave me eye contact. The steak was completely over done. The chicken was not seasoned properly. The line was a mess. The employees were messing around and dancing to their own music. I’ve worked at a Chipotle before and if this had happened on my shift, the manager would have thrown a fit with the staff. I know this location is new, but they obviously need some more experienced management.

My first experience or two soon after opening was a little rough. It has been great to see the employees get fully in the swing of things. The food is always delicious and fresh, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Glad to have them in UP.

Horrible Horrible customer experience!! They will see a car pull to window , I’m assuming they have a bell to alert them someone is at window well that don’t matter as they will ignore you pretend they don’t see you!! You have kids working here that is fine but they have zero customer service skills! also your manager is extremely young also with no customer service skills as well. As she does the same thing when a car pulls to window ( ignoreing customer) You need your entire team retrained by someone who values people and how customer service works! If employees are doing something or see someone at window they should stop doing it help the customer or at least acknowledge the customer , let them know they will be with them in a minute. This has happened on more occasions then i have fingers.

As a dasher I would recommend to not aquire orders here. Or eat here for customers. For dashers they will mock. They will make faces. They will stall and not make the food. This is the third time this has happened and I have left upset. Twice I’ve also tried eating from this location and neither time we’re anyone wearing gloves. As well as this dashing experience. The food smells sour they dump the old into the new when they are low. Just gross and demeaning won’t go back again.
