Portion sizes are ridiculously small. Smallest of any Chipotle I have ever seen. Just look at this bowl I received today, lol. Give us more food! I would give 1 star, but the folks working here always have the order ready for pickup on-time and are friendly so that adds a star. I think I’m done coming here until I start seeing reviews showing that they increased their portion sizes.

Countless times, have this location forgotten an item(s) of my order. There’s has been times when I would’ve driven to this Chipotle twice, once to pick up my order and again to pick up missing items for my order. It’s gotten so bad that I can’t go into the app to fill out missing items because I’ve done it so many times my only offer is a free drink when an entire entrée or side items missing. I’ve even talked to the manager when I placed an online order, and three things were missing. She admitted that at this location and the evening this is a huge problem. I’ve not order in some time due to this issue and about two nights ago when I ordered again missing item. I just gave up, I didn’t bother going back to get it nor go through the app. Word of advice, if possible go inside and order and if you use the app check you bag before leaving the store/ drive through. I wouldn’t recommend any third party app such as doordash, etc.

It seems they’ve listened to the feedback about the portion sizes. However, their fix is to add as much rice as possible to fill the space. The quality of the food is not good. I thought I would give this location/Chipotle as a whole, another shot since it’s been a while, but I don’t think I’ll be back. Quality is a far cry from 2012 Chipotle. I miss taco del mar

Just picked up my order and 2 of my bowls were literally half full. This is the first time my daughter ever finished a bowl and then immediately needed more food. If I spend $50 I expect to be able to have my family of 4 be satisfied after eating. Not today.

Everytime I get my order from here they have one issue with a certain food on the order. Tonight the steak was dry and the rice was hard. Other times it’s another quality issue. Sucks because it’s 2 minutes from my house and has the quick drive thru for nights I’m in a pinch for something fast. Never had this issue at other locations….

The food is always good. I love it. But is it just me or do Chipotle employees dole out portions like it’s coming out of their paycheck? I mean when they charge you $2.65 extra for some guacamole, you expect to get some guacamole without being made to feel like you’re stealing from them.

I’m not one to complain. Food was good, but amount of food was not normal. My barbacoa burrito was 1/3 smaller than most Chipotle’s I go to, which didn’t bother me much, but when I saw that my sons steak burrito was even 1/3 smaller than mine I had to mention something. I understand the business is new and there are tweaks that are needed to be made but if I’m spending $10 on a burrito I better not get a kids meal version. I could of went to the Mexican restaurant and gotten one 2x the size and had leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
