Oh wow, congratulations to your fabulous store! I must say, I am absolutely in awe of the astounding ability your employees possess to consistently ruin a simple salad. It’s truly mind-boggling how many times they manage to mess it up! Who needs salad dressing anyway, right? Clearly, your store has decided to take a unique approach by completely disregarding customers’ preferences. How refreshing! I must admit, I couldn’t be more disappointed in my decision to give your online food ordering service a chance. Rest assured, I will never subject myself to the unbearable disappointment of attempting to order a salad from your store ever again.

We eat at this location pretty often, and rarely have any issues. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and never hesitate to help if something does come up. The most common issue we see is forgetting to put the dressing in with a salad for to-go orders made through the app. This happens more often than we would like, but we’ve become accustomed to checking our bags before we leave.
