I paid extra for double protein and got a normal single serving. I literally only ordered double chicken and rice. No other toppings. The bowl’s contents didn’t even reach the top. This is what almost $20 looks like? I also wrote the store twice with no response.

While I ordered my meals to go. It was very noticeable how dirty the floors, tables and drinks areas were. I would not be able to sit down in the dinning area because of his dirty it was. The Chipotle manager and staff need to do better in that area.

Ordered a veggie burrito and paid extra for a tortilla so my food wouldn’t fall apart. Most chipotles you go to they utilize the extra space for the burrito. I asked the girl the spread my tortillas slightly apart so my food wouldn’t fall apart. She seemed really annoyed by my request to utilize the space of the extra tortilla I bought for my burrito but did it. And she made faces when I asked for extra veggies as I don’t get cheese or sour cream. Mind you we were the only people in line. They were not busy or in a lunch rush. At the end the guy wrapping my burrito proceeded to place the tortillas back together only to complain he couldn’t wrap it. I explained that’s why the tortillas were spread slightly apart so the food wouldn’t fall out. He proceeded to ignore me and try wrapping it while food was falling all over the counter. And complained it was big even though it’s the same size as any burrito I’ve ever gotten in a pick up order. He then made a snarky remark saying “I don’t know how you want me to wrap your burrito” as if I hadn’t just explained. Very disappointing. I’d initially been excited walking in to see adults running the place. Most chipotles are ran by teenagers. Very disappointed I finally find a chipotle ran by adults only to be talked down to and treated like garbage. Glad I was only coming through town. Thankfully my regular chipotle the teens understand how to utalize the extra space when wrapping a burrito so they don’t make it harder on themselves and the customer. Will not be coming back to this location and I’ll let my Vancouver friends know to steer clear.
