This location suffers from typical chain business issues. Having more employees on staff boosts throughput, morale, and customer experience. Unfortunately, until whatever level of management sees fit to spend the hours on shifts that benefit everyone but them, this location’s employees (that have ALL been great so far) are resigned to skeleton crews and presumably high turnover, while you wait in line – since ONE person can only work so fast, and that’s all I ever really see. Also frequently out of ingredients but that’s either management (again) or regional issues.

Worst chipotle experience ever. The employees have no emotions and are literally dead pan. The food I received was actually bad, the bowl we ordered had wilted lettuce and there was barely any steak on it oh and the amount of hair that was on the bowl was not normal. The burrito I ordered was so horribly wrapped that as soon as I opened it the burrito wasn’t even closed, there wasn’t even that much food in it. I emailed chipotle and the manager has not responded. Be responsible for your employees mistakes, if your employees are not enforcing SOP well then it’s the managers fault for not being responsible enough to care. Every time I go in the kitchen it is a disaster and the line is like a pigsty. I understand being busy but leaving your cook area filled with garbage is not ok. There needs to be some type of accountability because as far as I can see this franchise just doesn’t care. I will be contacting the health dept.

Possibly the worst Chipotle experience thus far. Restaurant was out of chicken, pico, fajitas, and probably other things at 6pm in the afternoon. The only thing I could get was cold and fatty steak which cost extra. What a disappointment.

I do love Chipotle but it’s becoming a common practice that they are out of food choices when I go there. Some of these stores are always fully supplied while others are always missing something. Seems to me they should have supply amounts dialed in so there isn’t a shortage.

I ordered a burrito bowl with Guac, xtra steak, brown rice, pinto beans, salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. This is what I got.. rice an beans and some veggies I didn’t even add. No meat or anything else and it’s all half Portions. really disappointing and I’ve tried to call an complain but there isn’t an option to do so I hope the people working the shift tonight (Thursday April 1, 2022 around 8:30pm) get written up for the sloppiness and disrespectful customer service. Keep in mind this was the only thing I ordered..

I am genuinely surprised by all of the bad reviews. I have eaten at this location twice in the last month and on both visits the restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Compared to the Cascade Station location, the staff here are rock stars.

Absolutely disgusting inside. Place was filthy. Tea machines were running with nothing in them. Fully staffed but employees didn’t appear to be doing much. This is not the first time we have been there when it’s like that. Most of the time they are out of meat. Will not be going back.

Have been to this location several times. Always rude service, always running out of stuff. Chips are always really greasy or stale. The last time I ate there found 2 big chunks of fat, and bone in my order.
