This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I placed a pickup order, and this is what I was given. I went back inside and asked to have it remade, and the guy initially defended it by claiming “we give 4 oz portions… if you want more, choose ‘extra’ on the app;” out of 10+ years of eating at Chipotle, I’ve never been given such a miserable looking bowl.

The food here is great the service is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered in my life no one has no idea what there doing and the online orders take so long your better off just taking your chances and standing in line it’s alot faster. The employee in the back was grossing me out while he stuffed food (the food he was preparing) into his face without gloves on. He greeted people who walked in but wouldn’t help anybody. The pick-up orders had to stand and wait for an employee acknowledge them to hand them their bag, which was already fully prepared on the shelf behind the counter. One employee trying to work the counter, and I’ll say he was doing his best and being friendly. But none of the other employees helped anybody. Pickup should be easier than this.

Ordered on the chipotle app more than an hour before closing. Show up, foods not ready even though the app said it was. I sit and wait. Notice everything is empty. All the bins are empty, no anything, gal scraping the bottom of bins for liquid to put in a tray for me. After leaving I noticed I got no chips, no guac, and most of my toppings were missing and it hardly even went to half the tray. The gal never even said anything to me. Didn’t mention they were out or anything. No alternative items suggestions or anything. She gave me a number to call, that was it. Why is chipotle even accepting orders an hour before the store closes if everything is closed and there’s no food? Are the employees just that lazy? Well I tried to get a refund for basically getting scammed and was offered a free chips coupon. Frankly, never eating here again. Absolutely no care for customers, no care for stealing from people, no care for serving people literally liquid slop in a tray. No care for charging 10+$ for not even half a tray of beans and rice.

I don’t know if the chicken is supposed to be cold but it is. And bland. It’s not dry at least. The portions suck. (I got the chicken burrito bowl with black beans, corn, salsa, cheese, and medium sauce. Forgot to ask for queso as the employee was talking so fast. When I went back up to ask for some, she was only able to offer me a side of queso for a lot more than it would have been as an extra topping. I said never mind I’m not interested.

RUN LIKE THE WIND!! Countless times of bad food!! Drive over to 11600 SE Mill Plain instead, they take the time to make your food with care and they never run out of anything. This location is horrible, countless times they run out of chicken or grilled veggies, guac, etc. They didn’t even have cheese one night, not queso but regular cheese! The last time we tried here the chicken didn’t taste good, the chips were WAY too salty, and the bowls were messy with sour cream on the side they had to wipe off. They just rush to get you out of there as fast as they can. We live nearby and keep giving them a chance out of convenience but never again!!!

I paid for a bowl with gauc as an add on and got lettuce instead. Very not cool. I get that it was an online order and they are busy, but i had to pay extra and did not receive what i paid for. My bowl is very simple to make and the instructions were very clear. Will not order from this location anymore.

Always OUT OF CHICKEN!! Very hit or miss when placing orders online. Most times the orders aren’t accurate or the food prepared is of poor quality. This location keeps running out of chicken and even chips. How do you consistently run out of the most popular meat? It seems this location is poorly managed
