The worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle ever. This particular location has really treated me with such disrespect and the way they serve was totally awful. They served me with a small portion of rice and barely any meat etc on it and on top of that I’ve witnessed that very same staff member serve others in the line much more than what I had in which it was my fault I should’ve confronted them in regards to it but again I didn’t want no problems with that staff member knowing they knew what they were doing towards me but all I know is that I won’t be returning to that location ever again.

I come here frequently but the employees often seem to have a negative attitude. Additionally They often run out of meat or serve old dry meat. I have waited for new meat to be cooked and sat in there for over 30 min waiting for it to be done, but the employee never called me over and started serving the meat when it only took them 10 min to cook. Really like chipotle but am often disappointed when I come to this location.

If you order through the app, or online in anyway, the likelihood of your food being made incorrectly or the portion just being laughable is very high. I always recommend physically coming in and “overseeing” your order to make sure it is done correctly every time. I guess sometimes it’s hard to read written directions lol

Horrible experience! As this was our first time here (& I told the server that), he was loud and insistent that we were “having the bowls”! He was pushy, loudly obnoxious and I wish I’d walked away. For 2 “bowls” and a small bag of chips with some ‘sour’ Queso dip, it was over $30. We tossed the Queso and only ate, at best, half of our “bowls”. Fyi, we were “told” we were having chicken, of which, after several hard knot parts that we had to spit into a napkin, we threw away the rest. Salsa/pico wasn’t fresh tasting and was surprisingly flavorless. Super disappointed and won’t go back. DON’T recommend!!

So this is the Subway of Mexican food, so keep your expectations around that level to be satisfied. Tips: 1. never get guac…some people claim to love it, but obviously they have never had good guac. If you eat genuine Mexican food, Chipotle simply does not have the proper flavor profile for guacamole imo- not enough lime, salt, cilantro, or pepper (plus cumin, garlic, ect), nor are the avocados creamy enough. 2. Get black beans & pinto, 1/2 & 1/2 (good for texture & flavor) 3. Get salsas, pico, sour cream on the side (I can’t eat a whole serving, so this makes reheating more palatable, ignore this if you eat all at once) 4. Get a burrito bowl with 2 extra tortillas on the side (makes 2 meals for me, as I said previously, I can’t eat all of this at once, if you can, then ignore this too), Don’t do drive through, it’s a slow nightmare if you did the app order. 5. As a vegetarian definitely get sofritos (or vegetarian chorizo if they offer it, my heart broke when it went away) and fajita veggies- adds so much texture, spice, & flavor. 6. Last tip: If you take your food home to eat definitely add more lime and if you have it, authentic Mexican cheese (salty cotija does so much for the overall flavor).

I would rather they tell me they were out of lettuce than put this rotten wilted lettuce on my bowl. Inedible.

Chipotle is my go to place to eat, just not this one. The last few trips here have been terrible. They keep giving half scoops of protein and the queso. I watch them do a full scoop and then pour half of it back into the pan. However when asking to go light on pico de gio they ignore the request and plop a huge scoop of it. You get lots of the cheap topping but half of what you pay for in the more expensive toppings. My last straw with them is that they are over-salting their chicken to the point you only taste salt when eating. If you have the option go to a different chipotle.

Wife and I walked up to the door to go in and asked each other why it looked so empty. Once we got to the door we knew why. They had a barely legible sign taped to the door with everything they were out of….Chicken, cheese, black beans, sour cream etc.
