After enjoying time in the casino I had worked up an appetite and decided to give this well recommended eatery a try. I could not make up my mind from all the good choices so I picked number 7 because it had some of everything. I was not disappointed and went away pleasantly full and satisfied. The food is cooked order and I did not mind waiting because it was hot and fresh!

The chicken was delicious, the cod was also very good. The shrimp were decent, little to much breading for my liking on that one. The cocktail sauce wasn’t quite what I am use to but wasn’t bad. The tarter sauce for the cod was good. Ranch was a little water down. A lot of the chairs are on their last leg and felt as if they’d break underneath us. The staff was friendly and attentive. The fries weren’t my favorite. They weren’t crisp nor were they well seasoned. Kind of just mushy bland fries. A lot of hits when coming here but definitely had a few misses. Still would recommend.

The place needed a bit of cleaning of tables, chairs and floors. The baskets need more than one newspaper because the oil leaks out and gets on table and clothes. Now the FOOD….WOW best batter cob and chicken I have had in a while. Wish the coleslaw was bigger because the taste was on point. The fries have amazing sessioning to them also. Service was very friendly.

Food was delicious. Probably some of the best at Winstar. I got the Philly cheese steak. And the wife got the cod and chicken basket. Everything is made to order. The “chips” fries are deliciously seasoned. The food is greasy and not all the fries were cooked all the way but we got over that easily. Lost a star for giving us the smallest portion of coleslaw on the planet. It tasted so good too.

If you like fish & chips, this is the place to eat in the Win Star Casino & Resort. The #1 is the Alaskan cod fish & chips basket. At $13 it’s a no brainer. Comes with coleslaw. My wife got the #10 which is fish (cod) sandwich with a piece of chicken, fries and coleslaw. Great place and great experience. Friendly service great price.

After playing in the casino for a few hours, we decided to stop in here for a late-night snack around 11:00pm. There were only a few people eating when we walked in the door, I ordered the Irish Nachos (fries’ w/toppings), and my spouse ordered the Chips (fries).

The food here is far better than any other in the casino (not including the steakhouse in the hotel, obviously) fish and chips are very good and the Philly cheesesteak is excellent. I’ve tried numerous other places in here & the food is way better here.
