We were passing thru and found this restaurant. It was delicious and definitely will go back. Breakfast was amazing and they were larger portions. Both my hubby and I got a meal that was $9.50 each. We got there at opening on a weekday so the restaurant was just waking up. Plenty of parking. Overall I would say it’s totally worth a visit for breakfast.

I’m soooo in love with this restaurant. Today was my first day here and I will definitely be returning several days a week. They had so many different options to choose from but I ordered the Texas skillet it was only $10 and they give you enough to feed 2 people. Every bite was a party in my mouth and I’m excited to go back and try something else. The waitress was friendly and I almost wanted to kiss the chef. I highly recommend this restaurant

My husband and I came here for dinner and it was really good, he got a burger and I got a chicken wrap. We decided to come again for breakfast, but was really disappointing. The service was alright. Everyone seems so miserable. The food was under seasoned. The hash-browns tasted like they seasoned it with lemon which gave it a weird flavor. The cinnamon French toast was good. Nice and sweet. I really wish I could’ve given it a better rating.

Me and my mans #1 place to go for breakfast- food is beyond delicious, big portions for a good price. Presentation is everything and they are right on everytime. This is one of the best Mexican American restaurants in northwest Indiana!

Had loaded biscuits and gravy with bacon bits and scrambled eggs in top. Great flavor and quantity. Enjoyed it the next morning with new home cooked eggs. Will be back.

This is absolutely our new favorite breakfast place!! We have tried a variety of dishes. The biscuits and gravy are amazing, chilaquiles top notch and everyone loves the skillets. We’ve tried a couple lunch items like the spicy BLT and a huge burger and they were great. I am completely obsessed with their soup but most especially the cream of mushroom on Thursdays!! Also the staff is friendly and the service is quick.❤️

This was my second time eating at this fairly new restaurant. I had some friends and family who raved about this place and had to give them a try. The first time I went was on a Saturday morning with my family and we were seated fairly quickly but waited over an hour for our food. All of our dishes were cold and a couple of items did not taste good at all. I had avocado toast and it was good even though it was cold. My niece had the mini waffle with the homemade caramel sauce and you can tell that the caramel is really homemade. The customer service was good so I decided to give them another try with my hubby last night. We got there around 6:30 and the restaurant closes at 8. There were still several people coming in to eat but it wasn’t packed. We were seated right away and our server came to take our orders right away. I went with the Cubano sandwich and it did not disappoint. My sandwich was nice and hot and oh so so good! I could not stop raving about that sandwich. It was really delicious. My husband didn’t quite have the same experience with his meal. He ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of hash browns. He paid extra for the hash browns but got what looked like half serving. His food was warm but not hot and tasted pretty mediocre. We also noticed that the burgers and sandwiches only come with fries and it’s $3 extra if you’d like a cup of soup. We did think this was a bit pricey seeing as you can go to The Wheel or Round the Clock and for the same price get a bowl soup included with your meal. Their lunch and dinner entrees are also on the more pricey side. I would say if you come on a Saturday or any other morning to be aware of a longer wait time for your food to arrive at the table. My mom has eaten here three times for breakfast and it has happened to her every single time. Since my food was good both times I would give this place another try. If they read their reviews I hope that they work on serving the customers that are in the restaurant first over filling takeout orders. There is really no reason why anyone should wait over an hour for eggs, sausage and hash browns unless they’re coming straight from the farm.
