Chloe by Vincent has good vibes but the food is MID. I’m not surprised. A lot of these “aesthetic” restaurants that get hyped up on social media always have average food. Service was okay… our server said she’d be happy to split dishes since she saw that my friend and I were planning on sharing couple entrees. They charged a $6 splitting fee without telling us and I didn’t realize until after I had paid. I don’t care about the money but she made it seem like she was doing us a favor and didn’t bother to let us know it was an additional charge. One of the dishes I ordered was their duck pasta. Duck is supposed is melt in your mouth like butter, but unfortunately this restaurant has some of the driest duck I’ve ever eaten in my life. It had no flavor and the texture was like overcooked dried up chicken bits. In my opinion, just save your money. There are restaurants in Minneapolis that are way better than this one. Not worth the hype or the price.

Food is not only my livelihood, it’s my passion. A recent trip back to Minneapolis for my high school reunion meant curating the best places to eat for our way too short visit. The only dilemma is that one of my favorite things about Minneapolis is the quality of the restaurants! How do you choose, when the majority aren’t just good, they’re great!

Cute modern french bistro. The french onion soup is really delicious! If you’re debating on dessert–just get it. We thought we were full until the sugar and butter crepe came out… Will definitely try all the crepes next time!

Great customer service shout outs to Kim, but the food was very underwhelming. Our appetizers were okay….the bread was nice as well as the CHEESE fries (poutine usually has cheese curds and some type of gravy in my experience) Everything was literally cooked pretty well, duck pasta was a little salty, but that was the best thing we had. The chicken was juicy, the beef cheeks moiste, and all plated nicely in an atmosphere that was aesthetically pleasing but very “older” yt….however the lack of seasoning was beyond. I could not believe how much salt and pepper I had to add to my entree and it still did not hit…it’s to bad. Bland bland bland bland BLAND!

Lovely location with phenomenal authentic French cuisine. Vincent creates some masterful culinary pieces and also is known to even sit and greet with guests when you come to the restaurant. Highly recommend the French onion soup but literally everything on the menu will leave you satisfied. Chloes version of an old fashioned is fantastic as a night cap.

We had an amazing experience there. The French onion soup and beef bourguignon were so tasty. We were stuffed after that but couldn’t pass on a sweet crepe for dessert. It was delicious and not too heavy after a hearty meal.

Excellent, from start to finish. Menu is great, I wanted one of everything! We settled with the Escargo, Bread is a must! Special tonight was the mussels, which were really nice plump juicy, and perfectly executed, make sure you have some bread to sop up the leftover sauce!

We had a great dinner here before seeing a show at the Guthrie on a Sunday. Absolutely amazing food and superb staff. They even used the cocktail shaker to mix some chocolate syrup with Stella’s milk for her! We loved everything we had! Thank you to our wonderful waitress for being so sweet to our 8 yr old.

We had a great time Saturday night. The restaurant was able to accommodate our large group of 8 to celebrate my husband and my birthday. Kim was an excellent server and had great recommendations. We enjoyed the onion soup, flambé, burger, skate, sea bass special, scallops, beef bourguinon, and steak frites. Also enjoyed 2 desserts and sweet crepes! Everyone left well fed and happy.
