BBQ Ribs Plate
BBQ Ribs (St. Louis cut, CHamorru-style pork ribs) marinated in soy-sauce based recipe, grilled over live-fire mesquite charcoal. Bringing you back to the islands! Served with red rice, salad, & fina’denni’
BBQ Chicken Plate
BBQ Chicken (boneless sweet-savory chicken) grilled over live-fire mesquite charcoal. A popular lunch selection! Served with rice, salad, & fina’denni’
LOCAL FAVORITES
Lumpia
House made deep-fried spring rolls. Hand-rolled crisp deliciousness, filled with veggies, ground pork, & vermicelli noodles, served with vinegar-garlic dipping sauce. 3 pcs. per order.
Empanada
CHamoru-style empanada. Fried, crisp masa pockets of chicken and ground, toasted rice and donni’ (hot peppers). Get ’em while you can! These crisp, spicy, savory island favorites disappear quickly!
Kimchi Noodle
Vermicelli noodles, cucumbers, & daigo (daikon raddish) dressed in a kimchi base sauce
Chicken Kelaguen
Kelaguen mannok (chicken) is an island favorite, without a doubt. Discover this spicy, citrusy mix of chopped, grilled chicken (yes! over our live-fire mesquite grill — taste the smoky flavors!), onions, donni’ (hot peppers), lemon juice, and coconut. Served cold in 1/2 lb containers. Try it with titiyas!
Otro Na Kelaguen
Other kelaguens we rotate as specials: gåmson (octopus), uhang (shrimp), & kåtne (beef)
Titiyas
Coconut milk flatbread /ti•tee•dzas/ Mildly sweet. Top this with chicken or shrimp kelaguen – or eat in plain with a little (or a lot) of butter. House-made daily, with love and only while CHamoru music is playing.
DESSERT – Fina’mames
Latiya | Lantiyas
Vanilla custard topped cake with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. First to go when offered on a dessert table in the islands!
Rosketti
Traditional cookie that crumbles and beckons you for more! (It kind of melts in your mouth – helped by a sip of coffee or King Car! So eat it responsibly — with a drink!)
Banana Lumpia
Wrapped in a deep-fried, crisp blanket of deliciousness, these banana treats satisfy with a sweet crunch.

Went a few weeks ago. Got the Fiesta plate, some lumpia, and the kelaguen. It took awhile for the food to come out. Part of that is the woman taking the food is overly chatty. Some people might like this and seemed to be a lot of regulars, but when there’s a line you gotta keep it moving (and while ordering my wife and I had a bunch of questions and small talk).
