The only reason my family started to purchase from here is because Hung Hing has left the Bedford Park Boulevard location. I ordered delivery for my family and part of my order was missing. When I called them I was spoken to rudely by a woman. Decided to give them another try. Will never order from them again. We found plastic in our food. We have children, so we threw out everything. We also feel that their prices are outrageous. The plastic was found in a order of crab sticks.

Horrible service, and over price. And they refused to believe its there fault when you the customer dont received exactly what you ordered. I ordered 5 chicken wings, they gave me 4 orders, 2 orders of Spare rib tips, they gave no rice and charged me extra, in All, i was charged $80 dollars for food worth $55. but this is on me. My fault, should had never excepted it.

Location is convenient and owners are very nice. I go to a nearly school and this is definitely a favorite among students in the area. The food is decent, nothing special, but gives us the taste of Chinese food in an area where east Asian food is not that common.
