I was showed this place by a co-worker last year and it’s one of the best places to eat on the south side! Great prices, and I have yet to try anything on the menu I don’t like. Definitely go for the gyro plate. All the people who work here are super nice as well.

The best mom and pop cafe in the city, bar none. Awesome service, excellent food. So far I’ve had their omelettes (try the gyro one), pancakes, home fries, CFS, bacon cheeseburger, and fried shrimp and catfish. All have been cooked and seasoned well. Would love for them to be open on the weekends but I applaud them taking time for themselves over making an extra buck.

Because it feels like home This little place is a gem, because… The waiter who greeted us was respectful, friendly, attentive, and the service was the best I’ve had in a long time by far. We went on a Friday afternoon and the place was busy but the service was exceptional and the food was served promptly. I could see gramps cooking from my seat and when the food came out I was not disappointed my husband was a GM for several restaurants a long time ago and he was very impressed. You know what?
