I visited this restaurant today. I specifically ordered a steak burrito with no rice. I checked my food before leaving the parking lot. They gave me a hamburger burrito with rice. I returned the food and the server was rude and said that I didn’t specifically say I wanted steak and thought it was okay to give me beef, even though I waited at the bar for my food. Oh well, lesson learned.

I really like Cholula’s: the food and drinks are excellent! However, the waitress at lunchtime is not friendly at all. She seems totally uninterested. It always baffles me when I witness someone in the service industry that is not cordial! It is so detrimental to the business, and it seems to me that the tips would be much better if they were a tad friendlier?

We have been eating here for a couple of years. The food is not consistently good. And lately it has gone down hill. We ate here yesterday and we’re not happy with our dishes nor the service. We can’t understand why the servers (a gentleman waited on us) have to be so unfriendly. We will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. And by the way, your food will come out in less than 5 mins. Everything is all ready made ahead of time. Could be yesterdays food.

Great family run restaurant…..Salsa is hands down the best in the area! Street tacos and enchiladas are a must. Highly recommended this place to get an authentic meal!
