Wu Wei is a gem, a surprise find off the crowded touristy areas. I tried other Chongqing cuisine before and I always leave with my mouth sore or overloaded with sodium. But I was really impressed with the food at Wu Wei, it’s really good and flavourful.

The food here is amazingly good and legitimately sze chuan. We ordered mapo toufu and beef tendon. I am so impressed by the legitimacy of the taste!!! The service is very good too. Friendly waitresses and kitchen staffs.

Great experience at Chong Qing. We had clear bone broth soup with extra noodles and the boiled fish. Great for sharing for two people. Everything is extremely tasty and fresh. Noodles seem to be handmade. Very good quality!
