I tried the chicken hot pot here and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The waiting time is totally worth it. The hot pot arrived filled with a generous amount of tender chicken chunks, along with an assortment of fresh pepper. The portion size was ample, making it a satisfying meal for more than one person, all in all, the chicken hot pot was a hearty and delicious meal. We also ordered one to go meal of Port Intestine and Stomach with Chicken pot. We definitely will be coming back to try more of their dishes.

This place is great! I love the atmosphere, the food was seasoned so well and the service was great! Got a mild spicy chicken pot with enoki mushrooms, daikon radish, and vermicelli noodles for two. We still had leftovers too.

This is my second time visiting, I’m a traditional Chinese food fan but I have never tried this type of chicken pod before. It’s quality is really good, the chicken is juicy and fresh, portion size is great, price is affordable. Most importantly, the owner of the restaurant really has passion on making good food for his customers and is willing to take advice from his customers. It’s a new restaurant, there are room for improvements with services.

Its my second time back cause it’s so good!! We ordered the catfish and chicken, both are so delicious. I like the fish better but it will melt as you cook the fish fillet in the sauce for longer time, but the sauce/soup just get better and better!

Oh man, do not come here. The service was so slow and the food was disgusting. I should have known chicken pot wouldn’t have been flavorful or a good idea but we gave it a shot. We were not given a thorough explanation on how the menu or experience entailed and continuously had to wait for the waiter for additional assistance. The food was atrociously bland and no matter how much hot sauce we added, still lacked flavor. The wall of spices were cute though!

Came with a group of friends. We ordered multiple pots to try out the flavors. The bullfrog is the best overall but barely have frogs in there. Besides the chicken pot (taste alright not the best as the staff recommended). Everything else is small portion and pricey.

Delicious! Our chicken was fantastic. Ordered one serving for two people plus sides of potatoes, mushrooms, quail eggs, and a small rice and we both left super stuffed plus some take-home. We will definitely be back to try a more adventurous pot. We really liked the broth and I’m excited to try some of the other flavors. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the whole experience.

Absolutely blown away not only by the amazingly tasty food at ChongQing Chicken Pot but their staff is very welcoming and provided our family with the best customer service we have experienced in a long while. Top notch from being greeted upon entrance, their thoroughness of explaining the dishes offered, their timing for checking back on the table and their hospitality from the Manger/Owner who came over and made a special spice for my sons dish when he found out he liked spice. We ordered their new pot today. It’s chicken & pork stomach and intestines enough for 3-5 people. Good portion and taste good too! The spices are really authentic. Will come back again!
