Zero customer service, and I do mean zero. 8 workers,no customer service. Seemed like there was no care in the world for customers. Food was beyond terrible. Meat was no good,rice was meh,shrimp was not good. The only things that were good were the drinks. Will never go back,with terrible customer service and food who would want to?

We usually love Chop Chop on Milwaukee, but this time we did not. They forgot to put our order of wonton’s in when we went through the drive-thru. We had paid for them. I called to ask if I could come back to get them, and the man on the phone was very rude and ended the conversation with “uh I guess”.

Clean, good service, decent and affordable food. Ordered steak teriyaki and wife ordered chicken. Also ordered egg rolls and cinnamon crisps for dessert. Initially, I found the food kind of bland. Then I discovered their sauces. My favorite was the orange sriracha. Once I added it to my order, I found it to be much more satisfying. Peach tea was good and not overly sweet. Cinnamon crisps were quite good. We will be back.

I will say the food is delicious. It does take some time especially in the drive thru you could be waiting longer than a normal drive thru. Prices are rather high and portions can be rather inconsistent from visit to visit. Sometimes you get heaping portions other times you’re wishing for more. Egg rolls are good but sometimes they aren’t cooked thoroughly. Cream cheese wontons are killer. Overall a great place for asian inspired food.

I got the teriyaki chicken with pineapple and fried rice! It was good! I got the lighter sized dish which was more like a kids meal. I paid extra to get a combo and got an egg-roll on the side. 4 stars for the amount of food.
