We woke up hungry and could smell the breakfast coming down the elevator. Walked in an were met immediately by our server Autumn. Smiling and so friendly and efficient it would have been a pleasure if the food wasn’t delicious… but it was! So awesome to come down from your room and start off your travel day with such great food and attitudes! We will be back. And thumbs up to Autumn!

Everything about this place is amazing. Excellent service. Great atmosphere and great drinks but best of all some of the best foods I’ve had. Try out the steak you won’t regret it promise.

We went here a little later so the kitchen was already shut down. We were only able to get drinks. Pricing was ok and bartender was really sweet. Service was a bit slow for the time of evening and so few customers inside.

Scoring off of their blueberry scones alone. Literally, the best I have ever had, anywhere. It made me very sad when they didn’t have them day 2

very limited menue!!! Great service and limited bar items, BUT I would stay away until they get better. I wish them all the luck in getting back to normal. BUT, there are other options.

I came in for the first time and loved everything about this place! The sunburst smoked trout dip is not only local, but very VERY good! I also had the creamy mashed potatoes and they were excellent as well! Service was great and so was the selection of local brews. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice dinner out! I felt very accommodated.

I came to eat breakfast before I went to work downtown. It was quiet, which was nice. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with a milk and oatmeal for my side. The eggs were PERFECTLY poached. I didn’t care for the ham, which wasn’t their fault, I just prefer salty country ham. The oatmeal was made perfect, as well. There is a $6 breakfast bar, which is the typical continental breakfast, as well. The service was great. This place is located in the Four Points by Sheraton.

I ate here and didn’t look up the reviews until after. I’m not sure what was going on earlier in the year, maybe they were changing management/staff? I have the black bean quinoa ball was AWESOME!! I was here about 2 years ago and the food was great then also. The menu has changed though, as people have said. I actually came because I wanted some pasta, but they only have it on Sunday. I am really sorry some of the commenters had such a horrible experience, but my food was excellent.

While flavor is noted, a good solid business sense is not. We were the 2nd group seated, only 4 adults, and our meal came well over an hour later. Slow service is understated. They didn’t ‘anticipate being busy so they sent staff home.’ We watched 10 other parties come in and fill up the restaurant. One server was taking care of all the tables, helped by his floor manager who was also the Bartender! Our steak was over cooked and tough. The baked potatoes were cold, so much so the butter didn’t melt. They never asked half the part about what they wanted to drink. Though not a Fusion restaurant, the plating was nice and seemed to be more important the the food. At a ‘Chop House’ you expected a steakhouse, bigger portions for the prices they were charging. All side items are charged separately, as well. Even after they took steak and shrimp and grits off the bill, it was still $80! FOR 4 PEOPLE who waited over an hour for their dinner. And again, we were the only other party in the room other than a table who were seated, waiting on their food when we came in. One person in our party saw the chef walk through the place 2 times. Should’ve been back there cooking our food!
