The staff working the registers messed up our unlimited dining pass and ended up charging us for a meal that should have been completely free. The food was pretty good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was typical of what one would expect at an amusement park. Overall the staff seemed unkind and didn’t care at all about your experience. Good food and a nice change to amusement park food, but management needs to know that the efficiency in service is TERRIBLE. There are so many ways to make the cash pay lines and mobile ordering much more efficient. Also, there should always be someone designated to clean tables and mop spills…especially during covid. I was less than pleased on this visit, and felt sorry for the workers. Management, help your employees out!
