We had an amazing dinner tonight. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us regularly. Our meal took a little longer. I didn’t think it was too bad, but she felt bad and gave me a glass of wine on the house because of the wait. I recommend making reservations. Also, it’s on the pricey side. So be prepared for a higher priced meal. I had the red snapper, so yummy. Our family always eats at a nicer restaurant on our last night of vacation, and this didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was a great experience.

We went to chop house last weekend. We had the best experience. The ambiance is top notch! Our server was in training and she said so when we first arrived but you would never know! She was incredible. The drinks were phenomenal! I would argue the best cocktails on the island! Now the food and believe me we ordered quite a bit of the menu so I feel confident sharing our opinion. The oyster were fresh and delish! The steak was one of the best steaks I’ve ever tried it was a tomahawk cut. Not one side out of the 6-7 we ordered was bad they were ALL amazing! The cream spinach was my favorite. The only item I would pass on next time is the salad I got the beet one and my husbands got the one with blue cheese it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. The lobster Mac and cheese was a dream! The chop house is expensive but it is totally worth every penny! I have been telling everyone I can how great it was. I will for sure be back!

Chophouse 119 is nothing short of an exceptional dining experience! My husband & I had our wedding reception at Chophouse last year in 2022, and we dined with them again this year for our first anniversary. The food is amazing, and the mixed drinks are even better! Our favorite menu item is the oysters – they’re delicious every time. We love the atmosphere and live music. Chophouse 119 is always a dinner spot for us when we come to HHI.

Absolutely amazing vibe at this steakhouse. Very Sinatra! The staff was friendly and professional. The food was delicious! I had the veal parmigiana. It was delicious and the veal was tender. My husband had the Strip Steak and it was huge. He was pleased with it and the portions are well sized.

I LOVED this upscale steakhouse – It was excellent. We loved the filet, truffle mac and cheese and the espresso martinis. Starters were amazing, as well and great service. The atmosphere is unlike anything else in the area. We will be back.

AHEAD INK SMP (Ahead Ink New Jersey SMP)
We had a reservation at Poseidon across the street but the place was packed and felt barely air conditioned. Was lucky to get a table at Chophouse 119. The decor is beautiful (elegant 1940s NYC vibe). They also had an excellent singer doing Sinatra. Food was top notch (best mussels we’ve ever had–meaty and swimming in saffron and white wine broth). Entrees also excellent. Would return!
